This was a pretty good hotel. I have been traveling through multiple countries and this was probably one of the best hotels. They had face towels thank God. After traveling through a place like Korea for two weeks, where they apparently don't believe in bathing towels in hotels this was a joy. They could have more universal plug outlets, but everything else was pretty good. There was someone outside ready to take our bags when we arrived. I also appreciate the late check out. Thank you. I'd stay again.

A very comfortable stay with spacious rooms and great amenities. The room was amazing. I loved the warm wood design of the wardrobe and the sofa area, which made it feel stylish and cozy. The bed was comfortable, although I had booked one double bed and instead got two single beds pushed together. The bathroom was huge and beautifully designed. Wi-Fi was fast throughout my stay. The gym is a bit small and was quite hot, but it's still good enough for a workout. The swimming pool was nice, and the hotel is located in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated having a kitchenette with a boiler/kettle and a minibar, which made the room even more convenient. Overall, a great hotel if you're looking for a peaceful stay in Madrid with large, comfortable rooms.

Over the years, he has consistently gone above and beyond—always warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and makes guests feel so valued. His kindness and attention to detail have left a lasting impression on me, and he’s a big part of why I keep coming back. It’s not just a hotel stay—it’s a place filled with familiar faces, exceptional service, and lasting memories.
