The process of booking was for me (as an inexperienced traveller) kind of hard, mostly because the mail with information was in Spanish. The process of checking in took around 20 minutes because the receptionist was filling in the information wrong(the country). I don’t speak Spanish but during the process, he saw how angry the people behind us were and instead of calling a colleague to help he made some gesture pointing at as and saying something loudly. The rooms are good but some parts are seen to had been used for a long time. I’m contented with the room but not the service. Good place

Clean, but needs renovation. Rooms don’t have curtains.
It is a nice hotel, but not near much. The rooms are small and sparse. The service is wonderful and I couldn't have asked for better, so thank you to the staff!!
I have stayed in over 300 hotels and I am delighted to say that at this hotel I met the best staff I have ever encountered. The gentleman on reception Erdinc was quite simply THE most professional , helpful and charming reception I have ever encountered. His English was superb and he was so helpful in every way. A total credit to his position. The delightful lady who took over the next morning ( sorry I did not get the name ) was equally a treasure as were the breakfast staff . This is an outstanding staff in a very good hotel. Single beds in our double room was the only negative point but everything else was excellent. Wonderful professional and helpful staff.
It was definitely a solid hotel 15 years ago. However, the facility is completely falling apart. Our AC didn’t work and there is absolutely a bug issue here. Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel is in a steady state of decline. The breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly. Take this off the list of options to stay at.
