The Customer Service is horrible. I wanted to change my check-in date from October 27th to October 28th. I sent the information to the hotel with a copy of my flight itinerary showing we would not arrive in Madrid until the 28th, I did not want a refund, I was not canceling my reservation, I was just changing my check-in date from the 27th to the 28th. I did not receive a response from the hotel and after sending three more emails I called the hotel. The hotel said they would not change my check-in date and I would be charged for the empty room, which isn't cheap. I have never used EuroStars hotels before and will never use them on my future trips.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Andrea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting.

The hotel staff’s behavior was extremely disappointing and unhelpful. When we asked for directions and assistance in booking a cab from stadium, they repeatedly refused to help and showed no flexibility or consideration, even though it was late at night. We had also made this request in advance, making their lack of support even more frustrating. This level of service fell far below expectations and negatively impacted our stay.

She is the absolute heart and soul of this hotel! Melissa is a literal "one-man show" and went above and beyond for us in every possible way. She was so genuinely kind, warm, and friendly. Her assistance was invaluable: Restaurant Bookings: She handled our reservations flawlessly, ensuring we got into great spots. Shopping & Luxury Brands: She was incredibly helpful in guiding me toward specific brands and navigating Madrid's retail scene. Local Recommendations: Her tailored suggestions on where to go and what to see made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. She is truly the best asset to this hotel.
