Don’t stay here if you need a good nights sleep. The walls and doors must be made of paper, people (and screaming kids) were running around in the corridor til past 2 in the morning, even after I politely asked them to quiet down. The plumbing is extremely loud which was noticeable when someone decided to take a bath at 2.30 am. It was so loud I thought they were right in our bathroom. The hotel is ok besides this but the whole point is sort of to be able to sleep so if you build a construction with zero sound proofing you have failed in your service.

The hotel has a very unpleasant weird smell, i dont know how to describe it. The room had the same smell. Room was unclean, bed was uncomfortable, room was small and dingy. I had to drug myself to sleep.
We have had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The rooms were nice and well kept. Clean and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles. The staff was extremely nice and helpful! The location is a little odd kinda off the side of the road in an industrial area but it was nice having the gas station across the street that has a fresh bakery! The breakfast spread was incredible and we had dinner one night in the hotel. The goat cheese and chicken burger was incredible! Only one suggestion - the floor in the shower was extremely slippery but thankfully we didn’t fall but we did slide around. Overall a wonderful experience!
We have stayed in Eurostars hotels before and have found them very good 4 star properties. So we have no idea why this hotel chain should have chosen to open a hotel in such a terrible area. Its plus points are that the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast very good. But that was not enough to compensate for the two very bad points. Firstly the location means that not only can you hear the sound of continuous traffic from inside your room (possibly due to poor construction) - there is the extra bonus of the noise of lorries going over a metal ramp in the garage right across the street from the hotel entrance. Secondly, having chosen the hotel as a potentially good place to break our journey from the north to south coasts of Spain - and, of course, to eat and sleep - we were astonished to be told that the restaurant was closed for the evening. The embarrassed receptionist (embarrassed particularly since the restaurant menu was sitting prominently on the reception desk as we checked in) proposed we try the Nassica shopping centre - a kilometre away! This is just what you want to hear after a long drive. And to make things even worse, the machine offering snacks and drinks in the hotel lobby had a large “out of order sign” across it. Of course, the hotel had taken payment 48 hours earlier so we could hardly cancel our reservation and find somewhere more appropriate. The hotel had our email address and phone number. We could therefore have been warned in advance that they were having maintenance/staffing issues and offered a refund. But there was nothing. Not only will we never stay at at this hotel again, we will now be much more cautious when considering another Eurostars hotel.
Good location and friendly staff. Unfortunately at the time of our stay there was a strong smell of dirty drain water in the lobby. Locks on the doors were broken / not working and breakfast was very unorganised, with tables, juice and glasses being unavailable. The rooms themselves were well equipped and clean.
