This hotel is situated 50 m from Alcala Street and 600 m from Ciudad Lineal metro station. Newly opened in September 2007, the establishment comprises 32 suites offering the best facilities and exclusive services to both business travellers and families. It is fully air-conditioned and features an on-site cafe with a terrace and a TV lounge. Wireless Internet access and fax and photocopying services are available, and parking is provided for guests arriving by car. Three different types of suites are offered and standard amenities include a 32-inch flat screen TV with satellite channels, complimentary wireless Internet access and individually regulated air conditioning and heating units. Reservations of more than 4 rooms could have special cancellation policy.

We were 6 people spend one night between flights. Clean and comfortable. Near to main Street alacala. Great service from the reception guy's: Mr. Pedro and Mr. Nacho. Will recommend.

Disastrous, extremely noisy, you can hear every footstep in the other rooms and in the hallway, the chairs and stairs in the room make a lot of noise, the furniture is battered and torn, the coffee machine doesn't work, the reception doesn't know that parking was paid. You can't find any peace here.

An eco friendly hotel with excellent service, lovely spacious rooms (which are great for families), decent breakfast, location is so so, but 10/15 min walk to the nearest metro station or 7 min walk from bus stops that can take you into town. All in all, if you want a reasonably priced hotel with good rooms, eco conscious, in an average location - this is it. Would we go back - I'd say yes.
