The only down is that it doesn’t have AirCondition. Only small ceiling fans that barely make it for the room to be fresh. Fortunately I brought with me an international foldable travel stand fan that I got on AmazonPrime which many travelers around Europe highly suggested it. Location convenient close to a grocery store, hospital, and metro station to take you directly to downtown Madrid.

Our hotel room was clean and neat. We were at one of the Penthouse rooms on the 6th floor and pretty much pleased. Breakfast was continental style. The location to the metro was very feasible. I will book at this hotel again when given the chance. It had this sign next to it.

I booked and fully paid for a stay from 27.04 to 01.05. When we arrived, there was loud construction noise outside that made it impossible to sleep. The receptionist tried to help by offering several different rooms, but all of them had the same issue and were unusable. She assured us that it was fine to cancel and that we would receive a full refund since the rooms could not be used. However, when I contacted the hotel afterwards, management refused to provide any refund and claimed the receptionist “had no right” to say that. Completely unacceptable. The experience was stressful, unprofessional, and shows a shocking lack of responsibility from the hotel management. Terrible experience — I’m never using this hotel chain again

Horrible, built without any sense; with strange lift system, no AC, hot rooms: noisy from the near by 4 lane busy road. Moreover, overpriced! Room with double bed and sofa, booked for two people and a small child - we needed to pay extra 50 euros for an extra pillow and sheets!! Car park - 20 euro. Keep away from this strange; sad place.
