An absolutely lovely hotel with everything you need. Breakfast was wonderful everyday with a variety of freshly cooked options from omelates to hummus to eggs and a hot drink order which our server Jorge remembered our drinks order by the 3rd day! The views were excellent, the sun incredible and the pool was magnificent. I would definitely reccomend coming here especially as the location is near everything you need.
Our room was on the second floor was suitable for our stay, The air condition in the room was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the room cleaned every day of our stay. only disappointment was no kettle in room although there was a supply of coffee and tea bags. The. Rooftop terrace was a nice place to relax and have a drink also there is a small plunge pool. Please note on the terrace you can only pay by card when purchasing drinks, you cannot add drinks to your hotel room and pay at the end of your stay. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
We had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making our experience very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Everything we ordered à la carte was really tasty, and the creative cup coasters were a fun and thoughtful detail. A special thank you to Jorge for his exceptional care, especially towards our youngest family member. The rooftop bar served excellent cocktails. The pool is quite small, but the girls really enjoyed it and made the most of it. Overall, a wonderful experience.
Recently just stayed with my sister and niece. The hotel was definitely a perfect choice, location was amazing but the staff at the hotel were the best thing. From the second we walked in until we checked out, we had an amazing experience. Staff are friendly, attentive and just wanting to help you have the best experience of Madrid. The hotel made a very good impression on us. Everything is perfectly fine – the rooms are clean, the environment is pleasant, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing. The staff is kind, helpful, and always willing to assist. I would especially like to praise the waiter Jorge. He was very professional, friendly, and always smiling. He served us willingly, helped us choose from the menu, and thanks to him we felt truly welcome. This kind of attitude is not very common today, and we really appreciated it. The only small downside is that the air conditioning in our room is probably not working properly, so the air feels heavy all the time. If this issue were fixed, everything would be absolutely perfect. Overall, we are satisfied and we enjoyed our stay.
