★★★★★ We had such a lovely stay here. Our room had a rooftop terrace with its own hot tub, the pool was beautiful, and breakfast was amazing. The hotel felt small and boutique, yet it was in a great location for exploring Seville. There was scaffolding outside our room that affected the view, but the staff were so kind and friendly that it didn’t spoil our stay. They brought gifts and treats to our room and were especially lovely to our little boy, making him feel so welcome. The thoughtful touches and warmth of the team made this stay feel really special. We’d happily return!

I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Madrid, and I've already recommended it to all my friends. I was quite hesitant when I first booked, because European hotels are often small, with limited service and facilities, yet prices are high due to the location. This hotel is not large, but it has excellent taste — I later learned it's a Michelin-starred hotel, which explains everything. Every detail matters: a handwritten welcome card, exquisite chocolates, daily replenishment of water, and locally branded chocolates left in the room. The most impressive part was the restaurant downstairs — the omelette was made with remarkably fresh ingredients. I never eat hotel buffets, because they offer too much but rarely use the best ingredients. Here, it's à la carte — just right. In the morning, I had a detox juice, baked mushrooms with sea salt, and an omelette filled with tomato, onion, and bell pepper — absolutely divine. The grilled scallops in their own juice were sweet and tender. The room layout exceeded my expectations — very spacious, with a large bathroom and even two shower heads, perfect for two people. My suite also had a hallway, a separate walk-in closet, and a generously sized, well-designed bedroom. The only small drawback was the exterior view, as the building was under renovation — but aside from that, I was thoroughly satisfied. When I checked out, they even prepared a little takeaway pouch with nuts and water — like a thoughtful farewell gift. Such a lovely touch. It offers incredible value for money, with a five-star experience at a reasonable price. I don't care for overly intrusive service, and this place had a quiet, understated elegance.

If I could give them more stars, I would. They have been the best hotel experience I have had so far… and I travel a lot. Super kind, attentive, and helpful staff. Checking in, Breakfast, bar… all on point. Special shoutout to Ivan- gracias por tan excelente recibimiento y servicio! The hotel is very well kept, I can see there is attention to detail, high standards and pride on their work and the look of the facilities. It definitely made our trip to Spain more memorable. The location is great.. you can walk everywhere and the nightlife is close. Recommend touring barrio las letras. Gracias a todos por tan bonita experiencia 👏🏻
