I stayed at this hotel for about 4 days and it was wonderful! The location is amazing, right on Gran Via and the staff were always friendly and helpful. They have a cafe inside which is nice for a morning coffee and pastry before heading out. The room was surprisingly very spacious and much bigger than I expected. I’d definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, especially for those who love shopping, and the area feels very safe. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to Raquel, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and always willing to assist. She truly made our stay even more pleasant! Highly recommended!
Our experience at the hotel was very good overall. The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, and kind throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and we especially appreciated the security and the warm atmosphere. There was one young gentleman at the reception whose name I unfortunately don’t remember. He was exceptionally helpful, especially on our last day. We had around six bags or even more, and he kindly helped us pack and carry all of our luggage to the Uber. His assistance really made our departure much easier, and we truly appreciated his effort. Overall, the service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and professional. The only note I would mention is regarding the cleanliness of the room. We noticed a little bit of dirt and some hair on the top surfaces of the wardrobe, so this could be improved. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and were very happy with the hospitality and service.
Where to begin? For me everything was wonderful. As soon as I exited Plaza Espana Metro Station on Gran Via (the hotspot of Madrid with shopping mile) you stumble right onto the Hotel. You simply can't miss it. Check-in was prompt. Room was quiet (as per my request) except the guest above me moved the chairs around a couple of times so maybe the hotel should invest in some chair caps to remedy this. Not sure if it was applicable to all the doors, but a lot of light from the hallway filtered into my room. I also bring my sleeping mask so it didn't bother me. Breakfast was plentiful! Never seen such a big breakfast buffet! The beds were VERY comfortable as I had read so on booking. I have back issues so that's a must for me! The roof top pool was small but enough for me to splash in after a hot day.
This is a very good hotel so much so it would be hard to find any fault. The location is perfect with views from the rooftop across the city and the main avenue. The roof top pool was very enjoyable. The rooms are really spacious and very clean. The detail throughout but especially the bathroom is exceptional. The staff are very friendly, efficient and generally lovely to interact with. The restaurant and bar are very good with a good range of dishes. We had a balcony to the rear with views to the mountains. We look forward to returning there is so much to enjoy in Madrid and wouldn’t consider any other hotel. The reception team were brilliant and set the tone for the entirety of our stay.
