Located in the literary district, this little gem of a hotel receives my highest review. If you want quiet in an out-of-the-way kind of stay, this hotel is for you. The service is extremely helpful from restaurant recommendations to accommodating the day-to-day guest needs. The property itself is very well-maintained and beautiful. Again, my highest recommendations for a long stay in Madrid.

Absolutely amazing breakfast experience! There’s a new dish on the breakfast menu — the Eggs Benedict — and they are absolutely incredible! Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. A special mention to Alejandra, who was simply amazing! She was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and provided outstanding service. She really made our experience even better. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This hotel was perfection! The location was central yet very quiet. The staff always welcoming and helpful. And the property itself, magnificent! A former castle beautifully restored. Our suite was very clean and well appointed with the largest bed I’ve ever seen. So comfortable that we had a hard time leaving to explore the city. The free snacks at tea time were a nice bonus. Lovely breakfast buffet. Well done all the way around!
First of all, the best location in Madrid. There are so many restaurants, bars, clubs and shops all around and the main street is only 15 minutes walk. Everything is so close! It's really convenient. There is Carrefour supermarket around the corner and the best restaurant just 30 steps up the street. Also their workers, they really helped us so much, such a good service. And the breakfast was so good as well. I am lactose intolerant and my friends are vegetarians and we all had lots of options. You can also order any kind of eggs you would like, juice or a hot drink. They have Churros, Waffles, Giant Nutella, a thick hot chocolate machine and so much more. Apparently this hotel used to be a little palace back then so the decorations and the designs are very beautiful. We got there pretty early and they accepted a check in as soon as we came, and they have a check out only at 12:00pm which is also convenient. I really recommend at this wonderful hotel and I'll definitely be back!
Great boutique hotel. Very welcoming receptionists, all speaking excellent English. Chilled water with fruit in entrance is very welcome when returning after a spell of sightseeing. Breakfast staff very accommodating. Good selection of continental breakfast and eggs cooked to order. Also received a voucher for a glass of Cava. They advised if we joined the Catalonia reward scheme we would get a 10% off food and drinks, and 5% off breakfast. Rooms were very quiet, you don’t hear sirens outside or doors closing inside. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains.
