Very nice hotel with a perfect location in a lovely neighbourhood. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and very clean, and the staff is exceptionally attentive, friendly, and helpful. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and some of the city’s attractions are within walking distance, including the Movistar Arena and Puerta de Alcalá. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!
A real catch. Room was great. Clean, comfy, had everything I needed. I took the basic room, it’s a little small but can’t complain about that given the price paid and the location of the hotel (Salamanca, a high-end neighbourhood). 15-30 euros extra per night can get you more space in the same hotel. Excellent value for the price, definitely staying here again on my next trip to Madrid. One thing I did find odd is that I selected pay at hotel when booking on their website but the card was still charged the day before check-in.
From arrival the staff were great with a warm welcome, the room was very clean, tidy and modern with usb ports in the rooms also. We had breakfast which also had a good selection of food and again the staff were very helpful and patient. The location on the hotel was also great as it was in the middle of the city not too far away from anything
Very well located hotel in the center of Madrid, metro station and taxis nearby. Very friendly and competent staff. Excellent breakfast with delicious tortillas and the best croissants I ever ate. Nice rooms, very clean, calm. I will be back 😁 Hasta luego e gracias! 🙏🇪🇸🇨🇭
This hotel was great! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were modern and clean, and the location is right in the middle of all the action. We had a 6 month old baby, and I only wish they had a better crib for her. The crib provided was a pack and play one, low to the ground, and not the best. Even still, I still highly recommend this hotel!
