Catalonia Atocha Hotel

We spent just one night here and really enjoyed it. The location was ideal, close to Atocha and within easy reach of the places I wanted to visit. The hotel felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, and the staff were friendly and easy to interact with. After a day of traveling, we added a short spa moment, which was calm, relaxing, and a nice way to unwind. It was such a pleasant experience that we’ve already booked our next visit. Looking forward to returning.

Great location! Welcoming and professional staff at reception! The whole place is immaculate, really comfy beds and quiet room. The (small) pool with spa features offering great relaxation after walking the streets of this beautiful city!

We had such a wonderful experience at breakfast every morning, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sheila. She was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always made us feel so well looked after. We were travelling with our young children, and Sheila was absolutely amazing with them. They looked forward to seeing her every morning and have even said they want to come back to the hotel just because of breakfast and Sheila! She made our family feel genuinely welcome and created such a lovely atmosphere. Thank you, Sheila, for making our stay even more special. You are a real credit to the hotel, and we hope to see you again on our next visit. Five stars!
