Brach Madrid - Evok Collection

What a stunning hotel with the most hospitable staff in central Madrid. Located near the Gran Via Metro station and many shops, cafes, and restaurants, Brach Madrid is worth a visit. Every detail of the hotel is thoughtful from the art in the rooms to the weights and guitars in the room. Each room is stunning with views of the city, places to sit, and comfortable beds. The rooftop is something else! I attended a private brunch there and the food was delicious and the views spectacular.

We had a wonderful stay at the Brach Madrid this August. Before even arriving, I knew the experience would be fantastic from the way they handled our email inquires. The staff were quick to respond to all our questions and requests. We arrived at the hotel earlier than we had told them. The General Manager, Erwan, greeted us warmly, told us our room was ready and invited us to breakfast while everything was being proceed. He was kind, extremely attentive and made us feel at home. The room was lovely, with whimsy, Spanish decor. I also appreciated the amenities, such as the Dyson rental. We didn't have time to use the pool or sauna, which was a shame because they looked sleek and modern, but the Spa staff gave us a lovely tour of the facilities when we went down to view it. Another highlight was their restaurant and bar. The decor and atmosphere was beautiful and their food delicious. We went their for lunch - their tuna taco with citrus gelée is a must-try! Wish we had stayed an extra day to enjoy everything they had to offer. It was a great location, with a warm and considerate staff (too many great people to name!). The parting gift cemented the charm. Can't wait to go back.

I spent two nights at Brach Madrid and really enjoyed my stay. The location is ideal, very central and perfect for exploring Madrid’s main sights on foot. The breakfasts are excellent, generous and of very high quality. A special mention must go to the staff, who truly make a difference to the overall experience. Throughout my stay, everyone I met was extremely professional, welcoming, attentive and genuinely helpful. There is a real sense of care for the guests, combined with warmth, efficiency and natural friendliness. The quality of the service is exactly what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. My room was beautiful, with the warm and elegant atmosphere of Philippe Starck’s design. Beyond the aesthetics, it was also very comfortable and functional. A wonderful place to stay in Madrid, where the quality of the hotel is matched by the outstanding service. I would definitely recommend it.

What an amazing hotel! Easily one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The location is ideal, the design throughout is stunning, and the rooms were fantastic (having three connecting rooms for our family of five worked out perfectly). We also loved the spa and had excellent meals at the restaurant for both breakfast and lunch. But what truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff are genuine, attentive, and wonderfully proactive, making every interaction feel warm and effortless. It turned a simple hotel stay into a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!
