Be Mate Trafalgar

Very disappointing stay overall. During the night, from around 3 AM until almost 6 AM, there was constant loud noise and shouting in front of the apartment opposite mine, making it almost impossible to sleep. The same disturbance continued again in the morning while I was leaving for the airport. A hotel or apartment accommodation should provide at least basic peace and rest, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. Another major issue was the heating. The property advertises air conditioning, but guests apparently cannot freely use heating when temperatures drop. Even if it may feel warm during the day, evenings and nights were cold, and the apartment became uncomfortable. If air conditioning is advertised, guests should be able to control the temperature themselves instead of depending on the hotel’s assessment of the weather. Unfortunately, I am leaving this stay exhausted and sick instead of rested. I believe the property seriously needs to improve nighttime noise control and be more transparent regarding heating/air conditioning policies.

I had an excellent experience at Be Mate Trafalgar! The conditions are impeccable, and the rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable—everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff is absolutely wonderful—extremely welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything you might need. They truly make a difference through their professionalism and positive attitude. The location is a big plus: very close to metro stations and well connected to the rest of the city, whether you choose to walk or use public transport. The city center is easily accessible, making it simple and enjoyable to explore Madrid. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back!

Simply the best apart hotel I ever stayed at. Everything was flawless, from the responsive staff to the spotless amenities. The kitchen is *really* fully equipped, even the non-stick pans are in good shape! Fantastic location too, close enough to the city center and just a few steps away from local bakeries and bars. There's even a tiny gym with a few free weights and cardio machines.

Love this place! The apartment is so beautiful. The entire complex is perfectly clean, smells good and modern. Andrea helped a lot extending my nights at the very last minute. Really recommended this place!
