We arrived for a few hours’ overnight stay after an evening landing, as we had a connecting flight the next morning. The airport shuttle is too small, with space for only about 8 passengers, and the pickup area at the airport is located in a very busy area crowded with buses. The drivers were unfriendly and seemed annoyed, and the check-in process was slow. The double room was also too small and not very comfortable. There is no proper coffee station for guests, only vending machines.

Via Hotels.com We made 2 reservations and the wrong date got put in for the 2nd one. It reverted back to the date we had already booked for, that night in Valencia. Why would we book in 2 different cities in Spain, for the same exact night. We didn't realize it until we went to check in to Axor Feria in Madrid. Neither, Hotel.com or the hotel, Axor Feria, would fix it. Luckily, we are Hilton Honors members. Hilton found us a place to stay when we couldn't find anything available for 5 of us. I saw another review where the lady tried to fix it within minutes of booking incorrect dates, and realizing. I'm convinced it's their platform glitching. The hotel and Hotel.com did the same to the another reviewer. I will never use their platform again. It's easier to go directly through the hotel and get your points. Plus, the customer service is better. Hotel.com is a waste of hard earned money. Very disappointing Hotel.com!
Was offered to stay at this hotel due to flight delays, and as other reviewers mentioned, this is definitely not a four-star hotel. Rooms are very basic and walls very thin. Lunch service only available from 14:30, dinner from 20:30. When we mentioned that was very late for us, the staff at reception retorted "yes we are in Spain." Very rude. This is not a small local restaurant in the city, but an airport hotel with international travellers who are going to be jet lagged and maybe needing food at different times. The restaurants at a nearby mall 10 minutes away are open all day, so nothing to do with being in Spain, just shockingly poor customer service.
I was really happy with my stay here. The staff were very helpful when I was having other issues with my vacation, it's quiet without being too far away from the airport, and there is a grocery store and shopping mall within a 10 min walk from the hotel. It will be my first choice if I'm ever in Madrid again.
nice, affordable hotel close to the airport everything is available that is needed for when you have a congress at IFEMA. The shuttle is great and the drivers are friendly and helpful. okay, speaking Spanish is a prerequisite. At a stiff 10 minute walk you'll find a big shopping mall, with all the local brands present. For the rest there is hardly anything around, and no public transport within 5 minutes. So keep that in mind. Did I already mention the friendly staff?
