Above your average Airport hotel. It has a shopping mall 2 blocks away that is handy to have. If you need to go to the city center, you will need to take bus 77 that will take you to line 5. Line 5 stops in Callao near Puerta se Sol over Gran Via. Free shuttle to the airport must be booked in advance
Wonderful hotel!!! Definitely recommend this! They have shuttle buses that come to take you to the airport and a great wellness centre so you can go to the sauna. Remember to book the sauna before because you are only allowed for one hour. I will forsure come back here when I return to Madrid. Friendly service 😁
There is no “third bed”. This is a rock that fits into the wall. I finished the Camino of Santiago and the ten euro pensiones had beds better than that. I slept on the floor instead. Also, you can hear the next door shower like it was in your room. The hairdryer didn’t worked. It was saved by the nice breakfast and morning staff.
This hotel is the perfect place to stay before going to the airport. It is clean and comfortable. The staff is great. They have a consistent shuttle service and you are at the airport in 15 minutes. There is a very nice mall with all kinds of food about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel
Stayed both in the Summer with the pool open and winter. The breakfast isn't great so I'd skip that next time and get something at the airport. The lunch in the restaurant is excellent on both occasions. Having stayed at four or five hotels around the area this is the one I keep coming back to. The spa is quite nice alos, although the jacuzzi was too hot and no one could go in, bizarre.
