A wonderful hotel with excellent service! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, with high-quality housekeeping throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the complimentary refreshments — the fridge was fully stocked, and the lobby offered sandwiches, a great selection of snacks, and drinks, all available free of charge for hotel guests. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I loved this hotel. Location on a quieter street and all amenities at reach: Metro and bus well connected. Rooms spacious comfortable and clean, beds comfortable, bathroom big shower fantastic. Gym well equipped and extra room equipment for own body workouts. Personnel polite and descreet. Breakfast fresh, comprenhesive, quality food and well organized. Coffee machine good and last but not least food and drinks free through out the day till very late at night perfect to chill out in the lobby living corner after a day of walking. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Artiem Madrid for four days while visiting the city for a concert. The location is excellent. It's about 30 minutes from the airport by bus and around 30 minutes to the city center by metro. Both the bus stop and the metro station are within a 10-minute walk, making it very easy to get around without staying right in the middle of the busy tourist areas. The hotel is located in a quieter neighborhood, which was exactly what I was looking for. After spending the day exploring Madrid, it was great to come back to a peaceful atmosphere. Every morning started calmly, without being surrounded by huge crowds, constant noise, and the hustle of the city. The entire hotel was spotless. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean, and the bathroom was equally well maintained. There is also a small gym included, which is a nice bonus. Another thing I really appreciated was the complimentary drinks, coffee, and small snacks available in the lobby throughout the day. I hadn't experienced that in a hotel before, and it was such a thoughtful touch. Finally, the staff were super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special shoutout to Carlos at the front desk—he's the man! He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, Artiem Madrid was the perfect place to relax during a short trip to such a beautiful city.

The hotel is extremely cool. We really liked the breakfast, especially; we were super surprised about the protein powder in the breakfast session. The gym was also quite good and the staff were super friendly. They even managed to get us a room earlier for check-in. Extremely recommended. We were very surprised and they also had snacks and drinks from 2 pm onwards. Also huge kudos on the very big focus on sustainability.
