I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the airport. The room was nice, clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, the room service was disappointing. I ordered a salad and waited, but it never arrived. There was no follow-up or explanation regarding the missing order, which was frustrating. Aside from that issue, everything else was good, and I would consider staying here again. With better attention to room service and guest requests, this could be an excellent hotel experience.

Room was adequate, though with only USB charging points directly at the bed (I had only USB-C to USB-C cables, not USB-A to USB-C), as I was alone it was not a problem having easy access to 2 plugs in the room and 1 in the bathroom, but with two people number of plugs may be too limited. Place in the wardrobe was also fine for one, I am unsure about more than one person. Otherwise the room met my all expectations, or was even better. Bathroom accessories were much more than the bare minimum. Breakfast tables seem small at first, but had enough variety, with many type of juice, milk, etc. I missed only having fruit tea, but this was a very small thing. Bread rolls and other bakery items were also very delicious, just like the fruits. Close to airport and some businesses (including the one I visited), but farther from the inner city, public transport is around 1 hour, taxi somewhat above half hour.
All fine but rate was excessive. Restaurant seems low key but food (not a huge selection though) was good
Warning: very bad Marriott Bonvoy elite status recognition. No recognition at checkin. No choice of welcome amenity or points offered. When raising a complaint via Marriott Corporate, hotel front desk lied to cover-up.
Pros: varied and high-quality breakfast, delicious Nespresso capsule coffee, comfortable bed, bus stop nearby, large dinner menu (I recommend octopus with Alhambra beer). Cons: room in need of repair (see photos), I found someone else's socks in the closet, the safe didn't work (fixed after contacting the administration), the windows don't isolate noise from the busy street. Although the hotel positions itself as a business hotel, there was no proper table and chair for work in the twin room, nor was there a coffee machine or at least a kettle with tea. Summary: this hotel is not the worst choice for business trips, but for private tourism you can find cheaper and better alternatives in Madrid.
