Ac Hotel Madrid Airport

Ruben at reception has been an absolute angel with us. I am so grateful for his generosity and understanding, truly a wonderful person. He made the end of our trip so sweet. Muchas gracias 💕

Today, August 30, 2026, we went to have breakfast and waited for someone to direct us to a table. As no one came, we went to serve ourselves and found there was no food. Only some pieces of ham and a slice f bread. It was 10:40 am! 20 minuter before the close time! We looked for the waiter in the Kitchen, who told us that, since he was alone, he couldn’t do anything. Conclusion: we didn’t have the breakfast that was already paid! What happened was unproductive and unbelievable!

Location is good for the airport and stadium. We were here for a concert, so it was a bout a 10 mins taxi ride to the venue! It was so good! The breakfast is nice, and the water and coffee are available during off-hours! There's a luggage storage for when you check in. The rooms are clean and can easily fit 2 people! They come with internet, TV, and toiletries! The staff is so amazing, and I would come back here. The breakfast here is amazing, and the staff is so wonderful! They have a great gym that can do it all

The service is absolutely amazing. All the front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming when I checked in. They helped me with everything warmly. I even left my coat behind at the hotel, and they went out of their way to help me sort it out. Perfect!
