Ac Hotel Atocha By Marriott

Upgraded to a terrace room as it was my birthday! The room was large and very comfortable. The fridge didn’t get cold but they gave me ice from the bar to use in my cooler. Even sent up champagne for my birthday! Neighbourhood was safe and walkable. Walked to grocery store. Ride share to flamenco show and walked to Retiro Park. Would loved to have stayed longer here but alas it was the last night of our wonderful 10 day trip to Spain.

I had a very pleasant stay at AC Hotel Atocha. The hotel is in an excellent location, especially if you are travelling by train from Atocha Station, and it is also very convenient for exploring Madrid. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for both business and leisure trips. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late in the evening after a flight from Lisbon. On arrival we were greeted by friendly front desk staff and quickly register and able to head to our room. The room was what one would expect from Marriott, clean, modern with a very comfy bed. The lounge in the lobby served delicious wine and is a nice peaceful spot to end your night. For those who travel by train it is only steps away from the Madrid train station.

Perfect Location & Amazing Suite Upgrade! I had a phenomenal stay at the AC Hotel Atocha and cannot recommend it highly enough. Being right beside the Atocha train station made arriving and exploring the city completely effortless. The surrounding neighborhood is fantastic—vibrant, safe, and packed with an endless variety of great places to eat and convenient convenience stores right on the doorstep. The absolute highlight of my stay was being upgraded to a stunning suite! The room itself was modern, spacious, and pristine, but the private outdoor setting was spectacular. It was the perfect, peaceful spot to unwind in the open air after a busy day.
