Good Memories Lodge

Beautiful and massive rooms! They kindly upgraded us to a bigger room which was such a pleasant surprise! Thank you so much to the staff especially Erica for all your help. Room was beautifully decorated and has a lot of natural light. Amenities are great and location is superb. Can’t fault it. We definitely had great memories in Madeira because of staying here. Thank you!

Excellent apartment, bight and airy, good size for a 1 bedroom, well equiped for our needs (a couple), high quality furnishings, great size shower, plenty of hot water when we needed it. Few things worth noting: no oven (didn't need one so fine for us), there was air-con but we didn't use it. Great location right in the centre of town so close to restaurants and transport. Good communication with the hosts/management.

We stayed here at the end of October/early November and had a wonderful time. Great location, very convenient for the sights of Funchal and for getting around. It offers a huge space (we were a couple but plenty of room for a family). The rooms are very clean, bright and stylish. Other positives were the comfortable bed (firm), the balcony and the excellent communications with the owners/management. Thank you

Perfect location - 5 minutes walk from plenty of great restaurants and bars, really nice to be in the centre of town rather than the hotel district. Communication was good, the room was spacious and comfortable and there was everything that we needed made available. Noise from the street was audible on the first morning (a worker with a leaf blower making the street nice and tidy outside) but all that did was make sure we woke up and headed out exploring. Would 100% stay again if we ever return to Funchal
