Nh Maastricht

We had a wonderful stay for 14 nights. The rooms were very comfortable with good size rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and we received great service in the main restaurant for dinner with very good food. The hotel has good public transport options with the local bus and train. We would not hesitate recommending this hotel and would stay here again if in the area.

Rooms are big and comfy. Staff were lovely. Breakfast options were nice. We stayed during summer and had an air-conditioned room with block-out curtains - great for sleep-ins. Location is close to train station and buses - getting to and from the town markets, sites of interest, and other towns was very easy. Restaurant and bar are great.

Booked for my son to stay her me with his girlfriend. I booked him the basic room - unfortunately didn’t realize this room doesn’t have air conditioning - my fault. Yet on check in it wasn’t suggested by reception staff to inform them that the room didn’t have this facility and maybe offer the option of a paid upgrade. Sorry but the room didn’t as at least 31 degrees - not a very pleasant stay!

A wonderful Hotel, incredibly friendly staff and great breakfast. Mik at Reception is the epitome of a professional, she gave us a very nice upgrade and a voucher for a free drink - but what I particularly appreciated is that she also gave my partner chocolates, and my dog what quickly became an all time favorite toy. That kept them both entertained while I enjoyed a bath - thank you Mik! Bar staff was very attentive and super friendly, same for the breakfast staff who also let me sit with my pup close to the entrance. The breakfast itself is always a staple, with lots of fresh choices. 10/10 stay!
