Stop At: Temple Of Hatshepsut Fiery limestone cliffs are a dramatic backdrop for the Temple of Hatshepsut, a monument to the female pharaoh who was once king of ancient Egypt. The temple’s smooth colonnade has been reconstructed, and the facade alternates between glowing columns with deep shadows. Venture inside to find relief carvings, hieroglyphics, and sanctuaries.
Stop At: Valley Of The Kings Valley of the Kings, long narrow defile just west of the Nile River in Upper Egypt. It was part of the ancient city of Thebes and was the burial site of almost all the kings (pharaohs) of the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties (1539–1075 BCE), from Thutmose I to Ramses X. Located in the hills behind Dayr al-Baḥrī, the 62 known tombs exhibit variety both in plan and in decoration. In 1979 UNESCO designated the valley part of the World Heritage site of ancient Thebes, which also includes Luxor, the Valley of the Queens, and Karnak.
Stop At: Valle Delle Regine Valley of the Queens, gorge in the hills along the western bank of the Nile River in Upper Egypt. It was part of ancient Thebes and served as the burial site of the queens and some royal children of the 19th and 20th dynasties (1292–1075 BC). The queens’ necropolis is located about 1.5 miles (2.4 km) west of the mortuary temple of Ramses III (1187–56 BC) at Madīnat Habu. There are more than 90 known tombs, usually consisting of an entrance passage, a few short halls, and a sarcophagus chamber. The earliest may be that of Sitre, wife of Ramses I. The most notable are those of Nefertari, the favourite queen of Ramses II; of Princes Khaemwese and Amonhirkhopsef; and of a Ramesside queen called Titi. In 1979 UNESCO added the Valley of the Queens, the Valley of the Kings, Karnak, Luxor, and other sites of Thebes to the World Heritage List.
Stop At: Colossi Of Memnon The two faceless Colossi of Memnon, originally representing Pharaoh Amenhotep III, rising majestically about 18m from the plain, are the first monuments tourists see when they visit the west bank. These magnificent colossi, each cut from a single block of stone and weighing 1000 tonnes, sat at the eastern entrance to the funerary temple of Amenophis III, the largest on the west bank. Egyptologists are currently excavating the temple and their discoveries can be seen behind the colossi.

I sadly haven't experienced the activity but I have no doubt it would be great if their customer service is anything to go by.
I booked for the first time after a long travelling day and booked it for the wrong date, I totally understood it was my fault, they did however refund me for most of the activity (just charged the pick up fee for the driver).
I then booked the right day but sadly there were weather concerns and the activity couldn't go ahead and I got my refund soon after too. I take this as a signal that it wasn't meant to be this time, but I will make sure when I return I book again with them.

Wow! One more ticked off the bucket list. Experiencing a hot air balloon ride over the historic sights of Luxor was truly unforgettable. It was absolutely incredible from start to finish.

Two people who have hypsophobia, tried Hot Air Balloon today! We woke up very early in the morning to see the sunrise from the balloon and accomplished it beautifully! It's very safe and if we can do it, anyone can do it! 🙂 Tried to capture some beautiful moments from the top but it was so cold but pleasant, we chose to enjoy it for a longer time!
It was almost for 45 minutes, so you definitely will get a nice time up there and yeah, it's very romantic. DO NOT MISS IT if you come to Luxor! Highly recommended!

The entire experience was mind blowing as you see the valley of kings on one side and the beautiful sunrise on the other. It was one of the most surreal experiences of my life. Really enjoyed the whole balloon experience with Nuba tours. They picked up on time, and really took care of us through out. Everything worked perfectly. The only thing to be aware: A single balloon basket can and most likely will be packed with 32 people. So it's very tight. Not something Nuba tours can be blamed for - that's the balloon companies. In our case, it was Hod Hod.

Thanks Adil for Organizing the Hot Air Balloon Ride with Hod- Hod Suleiman Group where the Experience was Magical and has less than 20 People in hot Air Balloon where as Other Tour Companies were Overcrowding the Hot Air Balloon with 40+ people.
Tour Company picked us promptly at 4:50 AM for the Sunrise Balloon and It was very smooth from Flying over Various Temples in Luxor to Smooth Egyptian Landing.
