Private Transfer From/to Luxor International Airport

The transfer service from nice tours was great. They communicated well and the driver was there on time.

The driver was on time, very pleasant and professional, and made this a comfortable and pleasant ride to the airport. I would definitely recommend him.

All was well and very correct, upon arrival the driver was there and within 5 minutes after landing with hand luggage I was in the taxi! Would surely use their service again.

Prepare for poor communication, multiple emails and multiple phone numbers to contact. Cherry on top is lack of details about your pickup specifics. Would not use again. Should probably be 1 star

Our driver was perfectly on time, waiting for us right at the arrival exit and even helped with our luggage. The car was clean, well-maintained, and air-conditioned, which made us feel instantly relaxed after a flight. The ride was smooth, and the driver was friendly, offering great tips about places to visit and local food in Luxor. It was completely stress-free, and the price was very reasonable—much more convenient than arranging transportation on our own.

I paid for a private pick-up service at the airport, expecting a hassle-free, direct transfer. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I would have to share the taxi with two other people and wait for them before we could depart. This was very disappointing because paying for a private transfer implies exclusivity and convenience, not sharing or waiting. At the end after 15 minutes going back and forth they gave me my private transport.

This was by far the best tour company I used during my stay in Luxor. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely choose them again when I return to Luxor in the future. On my way back to Korea, they even gave me a small gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Thanks to them, I’m leaving Egypt with wonderful memories.

I originally booked the ride for the wrong day and the tour operator quickly fixed the date for me. The driver was on time and car was nice and clean

Upon arrival we could not find the taxi driver the Luxor Airport, suca a small airport. Then, after looking around for a half hours, we finally found him to ride on the taxi. At the end, it was ok. But if you use this service, you are better to mention and make sure the detsil meeting point prior to the event to avoid unnecessary swet.

This driver was so easy to locate as he stood infront of arrivals holding a placard. He was polite and really nice. He also gave us brief history of Luxor as he drove us to our hotel. I would recommend this company over and over again.

The ride we scheduled was at the airport when we arrived even though our flight was late. I loved the fact that they stayed in constant contact with me to make sure we made it safely and that they were on time to receive us. Overall grade A service!!!

The car was fine, the pick up time is really awsome. Most of all the operator Marolla really gave a good care of me, check before and after the tour.

We had an early flight arriving in Luxor around 1:30 am however the driver was not there when we arrived. It took nearly 30 minutes for the driver to arrive. marolla our contact was very helpful and made sure were okay the entire time but is was a little scary to be the last 2 people at the airport at 2 am

The customer service from Nice tour was amazing! From the moment the confirmation was sent they contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm it and also provided very detailed instructions of the driver. The whole journey was very smooth as well.

Sadly and unfortunately the experience was not memorable. It was verging on unsatisfactory. We don't know what happened but I ordered a VAN and the car that was sent to pick us up was a small economy car and was too small for the two of us and our luggage. The driver set in the front seat driving, the guide (unnecessary) sat next to him, we sat in the back and had a huge suitcase between the two of us. There was simply not enough room for us to travel comfortably. Somebody somewhere obviously took it upon themselves to change the order from "van" to "small four-door car." In addition the guide took it upon himself to engage two porters who expected tips. Typically the tour guide and/or driver would push the trolley with our luggage or we would do it ourselves.

Couldn't ask for more! Marolla was great throughout, made it so easy, checking in on us to ensure we are safe. Took all the hassle of trying to get to the airport on time

Lucas arrived on time, sent us directions in advance. Driver was fantastic. Upon arrival Lucas gave us a gift and took us to a nice restaurant to finish our evening

But he always kind and nice service. 初めてのエジプト旅行です。日本からシニアの10人のツアーです！ カイロ空港では、アライバルビザを取り、イミグレがありました。到着時間が混雑していて、イミグレや荷物受け取り換金にも時間がかかりました。 そんなことで、ドライバーさんを1時間半くらい待たせてしまいました。ドライバーのFadyさんはしっかりと待っていてくれて、無事に会うことができ、ホテルまで行けました！ 遅延として、10米ドルのチップがかかりましたが、、仕方ない額かなと思いました笑 カイロの道路は片側五社線で、猛スピードでビュンビュン走るので、ギリギリスレスレで追い越しして、クラクションでの牽制の嵐。心臓には悪いですが、まるでアクション映画のような気分でした！ そう言った日本ではあり得ない環境に楽しめる方にエジプトお勧めです！ そして、Nice Tours のドライバーさんはみんな運転が上手です！Fadyさんも良かったです。

The service was good in general. A bit late but the driver (Fady) was nice and apologetic. The car was good.

When picked up, the driver was only holding a company sign and I wasn’t sure if that was our driver. He didn’t speak much English and only when he spoke of our hotel did it click as our driver. Then there was some sort of issue with leaving the airport. We were delayed about 15 minutes waiting for him to come back and the company didn’t know anything about it. Once we got started it was fine.

I had a transfer with Fady from Cairo airport after I arrived from Luxor. Several hours before my flight he contacted me to confirm he will wait me there. He was very helpful from the first moment, and he has a good, comfortable car, he is driving very well. Cairo traffic is crazy, but Fady drives very safe.

The only thing I would suggest is that they provide an option to specify vehicle size, since there is a chance that one may have more luggage that what the vehicle can comfortably fit.
