Would not recommend they are deceiving and misleading! They have no customer service! They knew they were doing bad business so they acted like they upgraded us to a 4 star hotel. When in fact it was not a 4 star hotel it still was a low budget 3 star hotel.
It was such an amazing experience from start to finish thanks to our guide, Mahmoud. Mahmoud was super knowledgeable on the sites, clearly well-known and respected at the sites which helped us feel more comfortable and supported through the day, and he was overall such a pleasure. He ensured our happiness and enjoyment was priority which is always amazing. He even did his best to keep us active and entertained as we had a late night flight and wanted to explore Luxor as long as we could until our flight. I’d 110% recommend Mahmoud and Nice Tours :)
Hassan was a very entertaining guide. He told us as much as we wanted about the historical Egipt and the sites we see. We highly recommend him to anyone who requires decent English.
Amr showed our family of four the sites in Luxor over two days. We saw the amazing Temple of Karnak and he explained the important statues and architecture. He took his time and answered our many questions -- his training in tourism and Egyptology were very valuable. The Luxor Temple was also magical, and thanks to him we understood how all the different pieces fit together. Day 2 was the East Bank: Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatchepsut and the Collossi of Memnon. He explained everything clearly and gave us good preparation so we could see all the important things. We were also taken to a spice shop on Day 1, and an Alabaster manufacturing store; these were clean and authentic, without too much pressure. All in all we were lucky to have had Amr here in Luxor -- an enjoyable tour and lots that we learned and will remember for many years to come. On Day 2, before the East Bank, we took a hot air balloon ride, which was exciting and fantastic, flying right over the Colossi. We had to leave at 4:45am and were in the basket and flying by 6am, seeing the sunrise, with amazing views from the desert to the Nile. 5 stars!!!
Mina was calm, patient, and accommodating throughout the day. He was soft-spoken but overall a very good guide. He knew when to step in and when to step back, and we appreciated that balance. He also advocated for two members of our group during a very confusing ticketing experience, where they were directed to a different window for reasons we were never given and can only speculate about. Mina stepped in, adjusted quickly, and involved others to help resolve the situation. That effort was clearly not self-serving, and that alone earns him 5 stars in our book. That said, the day did not run as promised or as we expected. Unfortunately, the balloon company made a mistake early on, which created a domino effect for the rest of the itinerary. As a result, Mina was placed in a difficult position, managing a group that was already frustrated after missing the sunrise and then waiting nearly an hour for a balloon. I had anticipated this delay would impact the rest of the day—and it did—especially since we had a flight later that evening. Because of this delay, we missed the Colossi of Memnon and the felucca sailing experience on the Nile. The felucca sailing was one of the activities I had been most looking forward to, regardless of whether it included a motorboat component or not. Additionally, I had requested an opportunity to try local street food, especially since it would have been faster given the delays. While Mina seemed to acknowledge that request, we were ultimately taken to a buffet restaurant. It was presented as though we had a choice, but it felt clear the company has a standing arrangement with that location. The buffet's overall quality was not great. Unfortunately, my husband and I both ended up with traveler’s diarrhea afterward, so I would advise others to use their discretion and follow their instincts.

His knowledge of Egyptian history and culture is phenomenal, and he speaks flawless English along with other languages. He was incredibly professional, kind, and respectful, and I felt completely safe and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. I recently had an amazing tour of the East and West Banks of Luxor, Egypt, and it was truly unforgettable, thanks to our guide, Mnal! From start to end, she was very attentive and made wonderful suggestions to make my day even better than expected. I also appreciate Atef, the driver. Had the best time in Luxor with Faraag! He’s super attentive, fun to be around, and explains everything in English really well. Really wonderful experience! We booked a 4 days Nilo cruise and today we had the air ballon experience and the private tour visits of the valley of kings and the West Bank all of this with the tour guide Roman! We had a blast! HIGLY RECOMMEND🥰😍

We were collected from our hotel by our driver early morning for our journey to Luxor. Upon arrival in Luxor our tour guide Mohamed Alazeb met us and ran through our tour details. A visit to Karnak temple followed and then lunch on a boat on the Nile. Afterwords we had a sunset felusha trip down the Nile with refreshments, we were then taken to our hotel to drop our overnight bags and freshen up. A couple of hours later we were collected by our driver and guide and taken to a rooftop restaurant for dinner and a dip in the pool if we desired. We retired back to our hotel and collected again at 04:30 and taken to a boat/taxi over to the west bank of the Nile and on to the hot air balloon venue, it appeared very chaotic however it all seemed to fall in place as daybreak approached, we were up into the sky and filming sunrise over the Nile, temples and valley of the kings and queens which was an amazing 60th birthday gift for myself. Afterwards we had breakfast with our guide and onto Luxor temple afterwards. Mohamed Alazeb our Tour Guide was full of information and a genuine nice guy, I would recommend him highly. Following this we went in to the valley of the kings and into the tombs which were out of this world. Following this we went to the temple of Hatshepsut and again given a thorough briefing from Mohammed and refreshments. On the way back we called in briefly to the colossi of Memnon and then to a restaurant for lunch overlooking a sugar plantation. Here Mohammed surprised me with a birthday cake and happy birthday sung by all the restaurant staff, it was a great surprise and a wonderful end to our two day trip To Luxor from Hurghada booked through Get your guide in partnership with Nice Tours Luxor and our amazing guide Mohammed. Mohamed Refaie Was our guide during our visit to Luxor temples (Karnac and luxo temple), valley of the kings and Hatshepsut temple. He was always very polite, really helpfull and respectful. The explanations were detailed but very easy to understand as we are not English natives, and some times accent can be challenging. We truly recommend Mohamed Rafaie and wish to come back and meet him again.

Really good guide and driver The tour has it upside downs. We have amazing moments in the Luxor temples and the ballon was spectacular . The guide was fun and professional. The bot tour was a bit disappointment for us.

Ahmed was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided the necessary information and also gave me enough free time to explore and take photos. I can’t comment on the hot air balloon, because it was canceled due to weather. However, they made sure that everything else went smoothly and on time. The hotel (Susanna) was also really nice! This was a great way to see the main sites in Luxor on one day; recommended!
Every part of the tour from booking to all the information by WhatsApp about the flights and the trip etc was so well organised. We had a fantastic day with our guide Mina seeing all the temples in Luxor. We loved every minute and it was so informative. Would highly recommend!
In my opinion this is the best area with so much history and mesmerizing temples. However the planning of my activities was not good. Everything was arranged by the agency. I arrived one day before to Luxor with the Nile Cruise. I had more than half day off. Ridiculous you are not allowed to exit the boat alone. I was offered instead a city center excursion. Not worth it for me. Instead all the activities were planned for one day starting at 10 a.m. ending at 5 p.m. at the airport. (Agency booked the flight like this for me) Obviously the time was not enough. Even though my tour guide Reem (the best guide I have had so far) and my driver Amir did the best they could, I was all the time in a rush. Having to visit Luxor temple in 15 minutes, having lunch in less than 20 and skipping the Felucca ride that was already paid in order to make it to the airport. Out of all this disorganization, the balloon ride was cancelled due to weather conditions. I feel disappointed as of course I missed a lot of details.

We had the best day ever ! We chose the private tour to go to Louxor and do the hot air balloon, temples, lunch and fellouque, unfortunately the air balloon has been cancel due to the weather but it didn’t matter because our guide, Musa, gave us a memorable experience. Each temple we visited was thoroughly explained to help us understand the history of Egypt — we couldn’t have dreamed of anything better. The pickup at the hotel, the journeys between the temples, and the drop-off back at the hotel were perfect; our driver was amazing. The lunch was also very good, and the view from the restaurant was stunning. An amazing day, thank you so much.
The tour we took was booked via NICE TOUR COMPANY in Luxo rand guide was Demiana. She is super sweet and guided us through out the tour explaining every small detail about the Tombs, Temples and its ancient history. What I loved the most about her was, her English was quite well compared to the other tour guides in Egypt. This was a great experience and I would rate this 10/10.
Hi, my balloon flight was cancelled and we were promissed to get 50 euro refund. Now 3 months later nothing received. Don't use nice tours! I have all the evidence on my phone in case somebody is interested.
Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and the Luxor and Karnak Temples with our guide, Reem. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, sharing fascinating stories that brought history to life. Her patience and kindness stood out—she answered all our questions in detail and made sure we fully appreciated each site. Our driver also did a fantastic job, making the journey between locations smooth and comfortable. We truly appreciated his professionalism and safe driving throughout the trip. We had booked this tour through Get Your Guide, and while most aspects were excellent, the food was a major disappointment—it was terrible and inedible. This is something that definitely needs improvement. Overall, except for the food, everything else was amazing, and we highly recommend this tour, especially with Reem as the guide!
