As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely comfortable and at ease with her throughout the entire experience. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my experience with Luxor Safe Tours & Taxi! Moustafa was so easy to get in touch with and checked in before, during and after the tour- he setup everything perfectly! We had such an amazing guide, Sawsan (“Susan”) who was just the kindest, most understanding and such a knowledgeable guide- we had a such a great time and shared some great laughs. She helped us with negotiating prices for things, and so graciously went at the perfect pace for us to see everything we wanted to see; I can’t thank her enough. Truly enjoyed touring with and learning from her! And the driver Mohamed was so great, and was so kind to go out of his way to go back and look for a lost item of mine at one of the temples. Amr was also another wonderful driver and was so funny and we had a fun time laughing, eating and dancing while on the Nile Felluca boat ride. I cannot recommend Luxor Safe Tours& Taxi enough and I cannot wait to comeback and tour with them again!!

We used Luxor Safe Tours for a private West Bank day with four adults — Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut, Medinet Habu and Deir el-Medina — and for the transfer from Luxor to Marsa Alam. Site tickets we paid separately. Probably not the cheapest option in Luxor, but very good value for a private car with hotel pickup and a confirmed vehicle. There was no fixed timetable: we set the pace, and the driver followed it. The real advantage was how little we had to worry about. Once it was booked, the day ran without stress. Mostafa handled everything on WhatsApp and was clear about the vehicle. What we agreed is what we got, on both jobs. Customer attention stayed consistent from the first message to the drop-off. The vehicle was very comfortable, with air conditioning that actually worked, and we were given cold water as a courtesy. That mattered on the West Bank day and even more on the drive to Marsa Alam. Shazly looked after us on the road: safe driving, and he checked we were comfortable without being pushy. If you only want the lowest street fare, look elsewhere. If you want a booked private car and a stress-free day at your own pace, this was worth it.

We used Luxor Safe Tours for a trip to the west bank of the Nile as part of our holiday in Luxor. Mido was our organiser who arranged for visits to Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Workers and Medinet Habu. He was great at planning the trips around our requirements and was in constant phone contact so he could answer our questions. We had a guide called Susan who was absolutely amazing and had great energy. Medinet Habu was one of our favourite destinations and can recommend this for a visit! Great tour company all-round and we'll be using them again for our next trip in December.

where do we start? Firstly, our guide Ali & our driver Amr were absolutely fantastic. Ali was engaging, natural, knowledgeable, passionate & incredibly friendly & Amr had a wonderful sense of humour. Together, eating with them & getting to know their local community, culture & way of life made the day 1000x better. Ali took us off the tourist trail & brought to life the Valley of the Kings, Hepstutshut & Valley of the Queens by giving us the building blocks to historical context, timelines, how people & events linked together, as well as the religious background to better understand the ancient Egyptians. All this meant that when we are the locations, we could truly absorb the stories of the individuals whose tombs & temples we were in. We will be back & we will be telling anyone & everyone who comes to Luxor to use Ali & Amr!

We had the pleasure of engaging LuxorSafe Tours & Taxi when our original plans for Luxor were cancelled. Despite all of the confusion surrounding the conflict in the Middle East in early March, the folks at Luxor Safe Tours & Taxi were helpful and patient with us as we tried to salvage our vacation. Our guide Saswan - I hope I am spelling her name correctly - was so sweet and pleasant despite being summoned at the last minute for our tour. She had an incredible grasp of the history, the culture and the architecture of the area. It was truly a memorable experience to see so many important sites. We are so grateful to everyone on the team.

We had an excellent private tour of the Valley of the kings, Hatshepsut, and Esna Temple, with Swsan (guide) and arranged via Amr (driver/transport coordinator) following our airport transfer with him and ‘Luxor Safe Tours & Taxi’. We booked the trip via WhatsApp, Amr was always reliable and provided great service, accommodating our request to add Esna temple to their normal half day West Bank tour. Swsan was a great guide, very friendly and provided detailed information about the sites throughout the day and great recommendations for the tombs, her English is fantastic. I would highly recommend Luxor Safe Tours & Taxi. At valley of the kings we chose the extra entry ticket to see the Ramesses V and VI (KV9) tomb, which was well worth it.

Impossible to visit the Luxor West Bank without an exceptional tour like this. The very professional manager Mido arranged our tour very quickly. We were picked up at our hotel by the private guide Ahmel and the fantastic driver Amr and immediately taken to the Valley of the Kings. Ahmel was exceptional as well as very kind. She gave us all the freedom to decide what to visit and left us free time to do it completely independently, giving us valuable advice and an in-depth explanation before visiting each site by ourselves. We were able to choose independently everything we wanted to visit in the West Bank. Practically with this tour you have a private driver and guide at your complete disposal, with the freedom to choose what to visit and how long to stay in each site in West Bank, which is very huge and it could overwhelming to decide what to see. I have never had such freedom during an organized tour. Lunch included, water always available and a luxury car complete the excellent experience. I absolutely recommend this tour for those who want autonomy but at the same time the security of a guide and a private transfer.

Youssef was our driver. We had a good day and sticked to him for the rest of our stay. A bit of negotiating to do as always but we always found an agreement.

Solo traveler from NY. I used Luxor Safe Tours for my airport transfer from TripAdvisor and my driver Amr was there waiting with a sign with my name on it upon arrival. They also asked if I needed any other services while I was here, which I needed a West Bank tour, and because there are so many online I rebooked with them for the following morning. Everything went great, lunch was a buffet of traditional Egyptian food. Would definitely use again!

The private tour to the West bank allowed us to visit the Valley of Kings and the Valley of Queens respecting our times and seeing the tombs we wanted to know. Regarding other monuments, such as the temple of Hatshepsut and that of Ramsés III, we could approeciate them without haste and with a guide to whom we could ask anything we wanted. I want to highlight the commitment of Mahmud, who accompanied us as a guide all day and demonstrated his kindness and competence.

We had an incredible experience with Our tour guide Ahamd and driver Mido were exceptional they were not only professional but also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout the tour. Ahamd was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the sites we visited, and Mido made sure we were well taken care of by providing us with plenty of snacks. Mido was our driver and we hired him for a couple other trips including Karnak and Luxor Temple a day trip to Dendera as well as our return to the airport. He is most pleasant, very reliable and responsive. He was always waiting for us and was a very good driver and really nice person. Swsan was our guide for this trip and she is very knowledgeable and helpful in giving information on the tombs and what to see while in the Valley of the Kings.

We took 3-day private tour with a Mr. Amr Samir, driver and had wonderful time. We started from Aswan, then dropped by Kom Ombo and Edfu temple on the way to Luxor. Both temples were amazing and beautiful. The experience was even better because we spent very quiet time without crowd from cruises. On second day, we've been through lots of places in the west and east bank of Luxor, including valley of kings and queens, Hatsepsut temple, Habu temple and so on. On last day, we did sunrise hot air baloon tour in the early morning. It was amazing to look over Luxor area we've been through a day ago. Also, the sunrise seen from the baloonwas breathtaking and unforgettable.Then we went to Obidos and Dandhara to see hidden gems of thlhis area, which are Temple of Seti I and Ramses II and Hathor. Hathor temple was most beautiful temple with colorful paintings on the wall and ceilings. In Seti temple, we enjoyed hieroglyphics looks like helicopter and rockets. I strongly recommend this tour if u stay in Luxor more than two days. These cities are a little bit far from Luxor (about 3 hours) but it definitely worth exploring. Thanks to Mr Amr Samir for good services and hospitality.

the driver was so kind and tried to make us comfortable as mych as possible..! We had a few small talks, so even the driving time was good :) He gave us enough time so that we didn't have to rush and also prepared water,juice, and snacks. I went around Dendera Temple and the west bank with Amr. It was very convenient to travel by car in a comfortable and cool car, and most of all, I liked that Amr provided good information about ticket offices and entry points to tourist attractions. Sometimes there are different tourist attractions and ticket offices, but thanks to Amr, I didn't have to get lost and was able to see many places quickly. Thank you to Amr again today! 돈을 아끼면서 다니는 여행이 아니라 조금 쓰면서 편하고 계획적인 여행을 하시는 분들이라면 강력 추천드려요! 저는 택시 계속 잡아가면서 이동하고 짐 잃어버릴까봐 매번 들고다니고 하는 것보다 돈 조금 쓰고 볼 거 다 보는 걸 원해서 드라이버를 제공하는 여러 업체들한테 문의하다가 여기로 선택했는데요! 다른 업체들보다 가격도 저렴한 편이었고 가격이 딱딱 정해져있는 느낌이라 믿음이 갔습니다. 물론 이집트 물가가 넘 오르고 있어서 여기 가격도 자주 인상되는 것 같아요. 저는 오전에 덴데라까지 추가해서 다녔는데 너무 편하게 다녔어요. 오후에 시간 부족해서 원하는 곳 다 못 볼 수도 있겠다 싶었는데 운전해주는 아무르가 티켓 오피스가 따로 있는 경우에는 알아서 데려가주고 관광지 닫는 시간 같은 걸 어느정도 알고 있어서 도움이 되었어요! 직접 택시 잡아타면 엄청 싸게 움직이겠지만 시간은 많이 잡아먹을거고 이집트에 언제 또 오겠나 싶어서 돈 쓰는 쪽을 선택했는데, 전 혼자라 부담이 조금 되긴했지만 부모님 모시고 오거나 조금 여유가 있는 분들이라면 너무 좋을 것 같아요! 아무르는 영어가 유창하진 않지만 번역기 사용해서 소통하기 때문에 영어에 부담 있으신 분들도 문제가 없을거에요!!

Shuttle was on time in my hotel. We went to the pier of Luxor East Bank, got into a boat and in 5 minutes we we’re at the West Bank. After that, there’s another shuttle to the ballon site. We waited for 20 minutes, then the flight started. Very beautiful views of the West Bank. I recommend this!

Great experience all around! Pick up was at 4:15am as I was told when confirming this booking. The shuttle then took us from the hotel to a motor boat to cross to the West Bank, and another shuttle to get to the hot air balloons. They provided us with coffee and some twinkies to snack on during the river crossing. The hot air balloon pilot then provided us with landing instructions and during the hot air balloon ride he provided information on the sites below us, as we go directly over the Valley of the Kings! It was an amazing experience which I completely recommend with Mr. Mustafa!

Very good service! The person in charge Mido came to our hotel the night before to discuss the itinerary and arrangements for the next day. It was very detailed and considerate. We chose the Luxor West Bank charter plus a tour guide. Every time we arrived at a place, Mido would call me to communicate whether the current service was available and confirm the situation of me and my friends. The tour guide Shaima explained very well! It was lively and interesting! Everyone must find her when they come to Luxor! This store also arranged a charter from Luxor to Aswan for us. Mido also called back to ask about our current situation.
