We did the hot air balloon ride and it was beyond amazing! The pilot informed us of all the safety protocols and made sure we all were able to view all the beautiful historical landmarks. For someone who is deathly afraid of heights, I felt at ease doing the air ballon trip. It’s a must! Don’t think about it, just do it!

We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and flexible in dropping us off at a different location than where we started. Hot air balloon was an amazing MUST DO experience! The pilot was licensed and very professional. Great communication with everyone. The ground crew was also very quick and efficient!

Amazing experience🙏Everyone so professional ❤️Landing good 👍 they came and took us by van then waiting for everyone to be there. Needed to be ready at 4:30 am and got in the hot air ballon at 6 am. Sunrise experiences really worth it . Thanks so much for making us feel safe ❤️

People were quite friendly. They coordinated really well , from pick up to drop and the entire experience was fantastic. Egyptian people here are very sweet and they greet you with a smile. Walid the pilot was so informative and attentive to all the repeated questions 😂.

Our balloon ride experience was excellent and beyond our expectations. The came right to our villa to pick us up. The staff were courteous and kind. Watching all the balloons inflate and take off was almost as much fun as the ride, and the ride was fantastic to see the landscape and the ruins from the sky! The landing was so gentle that we hardly noticed it just as the takeoff. We would recommend it to all Luxor visitors.

Alaa is a great guide, the sunrise ballon ride over Luxor was fantastic. The view of the temples, the Nile and the fields from the sky was spectacular incredible. Ground crew and pilot were very professional and passenger safety was emphasized

I did the hot air balloon flight, it as an amazing experience. From the pick up at de guest house to to the landing, everything was perfect.

Amazing ballon ride. We can’t express enough of how amazing this balloon ride was and the crew. Once we got clearance to take off we set off pretty fast. The view is unimaginable. There are little to no words to explain it. The crew and pilot were outstanding. A+++

We were picked up from our hotel at sunrise, boarded a boat across the Nile and took flight soon after! It was gorgeous. To fellow photographers - DSLR cameras are not allowed. Keep it in your backpack or don’t bring it at all. Also, depending on weather conditions, you may have to wait for the fog to clear like we did. It’s worth it! Also, we visited at the end of December - layer, and wear a jacket!!

The overall was great, they picked us from our place early in the morning and took us on a boat where we waited one hour * there was a small breakfast* they took us to the west bank. The experience with the balloons was breathtaking and seeing the sunrise was fabulous. The pilot was great and made everyone comfortable. Note that we were approximately 20 people in one balloon but didn't stop us from enjoying. After the activity, they took us to the other side again but then left us there to walk by ourself. Their excuse was that the hotel is not too far and that their was no car for us. TOTTALY UNACCEPTABLE. They didn't inform us before and I saw everyone take a car beside my husband and I. The price clearly mentioned the transfer and I even asked the responsible about it the day before. At the end of the day no effort was made from their side to fix things up beside an apology on the phone after I called him asking about the return trip. An advise, check with your guide the transfer if you don't want to find yourself at 7am in the street walking to your place.

Quite smooth experience. It’s quite cold in the December though so good to be prepared. Make sure you pick the sunrise slot to have the best experience.

Excellent tour! The hot air balloon experience was out of this world! Very efficient and very safe; the crew worked hard to ensure seamless transfers from the hotel to the boat to the bus to the balloon.

Star Balloon is wonderful. We flew over the temples in Luxor with sun rising during the trip. Pilot Walid flew great, he chose to fly lower first and then go up so we were able to catch sun rise. The ground crew are also great, helped us with a soft wonderful landing. Nice experience, strongly recommended (thumbs! P.S. really cold when you are not in the air - remember to keep urself warm

Excellent experience. You can enjoy both the top view of the ancient architectures and the dawn of Luxor. Watching the sun rises from the edge of Nile river. Amazing.

Don't take Foto with big cam on the ground. Security staff will collect your camera. You get back after flight, but than you haven't at the balloon. In summery a wunderfull experience.

I was terrified with the idea of riding a hot air balloon but after this great experience I would do it again. Very professional team...very smoothly flight and landing. I really enjoyed it.

They arrived on time to the hotel; pick you up on a van, and boat transportation to the balloons place. It is a great view, and I felt very safe during the whole trip. My husband has an eye condition, and they helped him walk thru the dock, so he won’t fall. They speak English, French, Arab, and some of them Spanish

The whole trip for perfectly managed, we were picked right on time from hotel and dropped in time. Balloon ride was amazing, the guide was explaining all the temples and monuments on the way.
