Great service and great communication, throughout the entire experience, we communicated through WhatsApp. Driver was 5 minutes early which we appreciated.

This couldn’t have been better. Luxor airport is small. Walk out of the gate, go past baggage claim. Tip: stop here for the toilet if needed, no toilet after the exit. Our driver was waiting with a sign as promised. Quick drive in a large, clean van to the hotel and 50% cheaper than what the hotel charges for the same thing. Book it without hesitation.

A very reliable and professional agency, just after I booked the ride, they messaged me on whatsapp to let me know that they were there for me and that they will be waiting for me outside the airport. On the day of the pick up, our driver Zakaria messaged us to tell us that he was waiting for us outside the airport, he has a very comfortable car and we really appreciated his professionalism. The managers are also very caring and will really update you. The best agency you can find in luxor if you need any transportation or tour. They really care for you. I highly recommend.

My flight from Cairo to Luxor was delayed by an hour in the evening, yet the driver they sent, El Sohage, patiently waited for me at the arrival gates the entire time. From the moment I met him, I felt at ease as he safely drove me to my accommodation. I also appreciated the company’s thoughtful warning about the airport bag carriers, who often approach visitors unsolicited and then demand money after escorting them to their driver. Thanks to this heads-up, I knew how to handle the situation without any hassle. Given their professionalism and reliability, I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again for my return flight.

My mother always told me if I had nothing nice to say than o shouldn’t say anything at all. That being said, Viator sends me at least one email a day requesting the review, so hopefully by completing this, the emails will stop. To start with, the “tour” was to be a driver from the Luxor airport to our hotel. In the description, the driver was going to meet us with a card with our name on it in the airport, and help us with the bags to the car before heading to the airport. No meet and greet. We did however get a text with a pic of our driver leaning against his car saying he was out in the parking lot. We got our bags, made it out to the parking lot, and spotted the driver still posing out in the lot against his car. We walked up to him and asked if he was waiting for us, yes… he offered to help with the bags (keep in mind we were one car length away from the trunk of his car at this point). I said sure, which prompted him to call over a luggage hustler to take my bags, roll the bags from the front of the car to the back of the car (20 feet?) and demand a tip. I’d already lugged the bags a couple hundred meters and could have managed the extra car length and hoisted them into the trunk by myself. Left feeling like the driver was in on the scam. Considering that just taking a taxi would have been about $6, this was 3x the cost when you add in tips. No meet and greet, and the driver helped scam me with the bags. In retrospect, I probably should have written this review sooner as it offered some release, and I would have benefitted from the info myself had I read it before booking. Summary. Don’t book this airport transfer. Just take a taxi. You’ll pay about 1/3 and not feel like you’ve been taken on arrival to Luxor.

We booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel in Luxor. We received very good info and details on Whatsapp in advance and was told a driver would meet us on arrival with my name on a sign. On arrival at Luxor airport we were met by the driver exactly as advised, who introduced himself. He was very polite and helpful and offered us some bottles of water in the car, which was very kind. The transfer was very smooth and effortless and delivered us to our hotel efficiently. No issues at all, highly recommended and would book again.

Good, safe transport option. We had a late arrival flight and had a small delay in finding our driver. But luckily we had phone access and called the company, who was super quick in communicating with the driver and helping us find him outside the airport.

Everything was perfect. We were delayed an hour coming in but the driver was waiting and ready as soon as we got our luggage. On the drive to the hotel he pointed out attractions along the way. We also booked a return trip. Driver was early and got us to the airport quickly. This was the only booking we made in Egypt that actually provided the promised water and snacks both ways, which was definitely appreciated after a long afternoon of travel.

Driver was waiting for us at the putside of the terminal. He drove safely and the car was with a/c and comfortable. However, be aware that there are people outside trying to grab your luggage and bring it to the car for a tip. We thought they belong to our driver as he wasn’t doing anything against that which led to us having to pay them. This could be handled better. The transfer to the east bank is super short so a lokal taxi would be much cheaper, but you need to be willing to deal with all the drivers waiting for you outside the airport. If you want to avoid this, this service is a good alternative.

We made an appointment for a driver to pick us up at the airport at 7 a.m., but when the time was almost up, our driver did not show up. Instead, an unknown driver showed up. After confirming with the travel agency, the driver's phone rang at the same time, so we thought This was our driver, but later we found out that we had been deceived.
