We were travelling with two young kids. The flight was delayed by 75 minutes. The driver was waiting patiently at the gate. Greeted us with a smile. No fuss, no complaining just super professional. Helped us with our luggage (big bags). The overall experience was very good. We also booked for our way back to the airport. The driver showed up at 5.25 am for a 5.45 am pick up. I booked a taxi to Luxor Airport or my hotel on May 10th, but I couldn't find a driver with a plate with his name written on it at the exit, so I searched but there was no car. This is a scam and I would like to ask for a refund.
