Amazing! First day the flight was cancelled but then the second all was oerfect and we had a good time. They nees to put more toillets on the premises.

An amazing experience for sure! Seeing the temple of Hatshepsut and the Valley of the Kings from 900 meters will definitely make your trip better!

Mirna supported us with booking our Hot Air Baloon trip in Luxor. It’s was well organised, a bit on the cold side when we started ( so wrap up warm) this didn’t detract from our trip. The flight along the the west bank was magnificent. We have had a magical time. 16 passengers in our trip all had a similar experience. Would highly recommend booking this trip if you’re going to Luxor.

It was an amazing experince w balloon. First of all Mirna helped us a lot about picking us from hotel, giving the all information and making sure we enjoyed the trip. After balloon trip there was a free breakfast activity but since we had to leave the city we couldn't attend :( People from the company was very friendly. I would totally recommend this activity.

The ride was fun but be ready because it’s gonna be extremely hot while the balloon is ascending. We were second to the last balloon to fly that’s why we didn’t get a chance to have a beautiful pictures together with the other balloons. The experience was great though.

We had our first hot balloon ride with Sheba tours.. They were the best providers given that the pilot took us to 2000 feet height after taking an extra approval from ATC. Groundstaff is also friendly and reached in time to pick us up. I would recommend Sheba to for your ve adventurous rides

We had booked the hot air balloon hoping for sunrise tour, there was only one timing option and it seemed to coincide with sunrise. The day before we asked if they could make sure it could be sunrise as ww saw comments of people saying they missed it etc. however they replied saying we have not chosen the correct one and it was more expensive VIP for the sunrise, we didnt bother and just proceeded with what we had. On the day of the hot air balloon they advised us to be ready for 5.45 which we were and 7 other people. We had waited until 7.30 and still not to be taken to the hot air balloon and no update, we had to chase ourselves. It was only when the driver was on his way we were told to be ready. Apart from that, the hot air balloon was amazing and our pilot was very good. The boys who helped the hot air balloon down were fantastic and couldnt thank them enough.

The tour was amazing… more than what I expected. The organizers communicate updates constantly regarding the tour. The surprise breakfast was a perfect way to end the tour. If you want something quick, fun, and easy on the pocket, I recommend this tour.

The views were really amazing and the pilot was very friendly and talked to everyone the whole time and even pointed out a lot of the sights. I went with my fiancée and it was a very romantic time watching the sunrise and looking at all the views. We were a bit nervous at the beginning but once we were going up it was so smooth and we calmed completely. Mirna was very helpful and upgraded us to try sunrise balloon ride (1st ride) One thing to take note on though is they require “passport” pictures. I would talk to them about this directly. Don’t let it stop you from booking as it’s an amazing experience.

(Mirna & Asma). I joined the group to experience the hot air balloon flight in Luxor and it was great. Be aware that sometimes the flight can be cancelled (even last minute), because of the weather, but this time I was lucky enough to fly. It was magical, thanks to the coordinator Mirna (the communication over Whatsapp was perfect) and our guide/coordinator during the day Asma who also offered us breakfast and a dance show after the flight. The perfect start of a day. 100% recommended. Thanks to all.

This was our first balloon ride! We enjoyed it so much! More beautiful than we imagined! The sunrise was fascinating and also the crossing of the nile in a boat was fine!

This was our very first balloon flight and the experience was amazing. The valley of the kings can be seen clearly, especially the temple of Hashepsut. The stuff was kind and friendly and the captain had good care of us. Hope we'll repeat this balloon trip in the future.

Not a good experience. Total lack of organization. We confirmed pickup time was 6am on the day before, but then the company changed it during the night to 4:50am "as a gift from the company". Our hotel manager woke us up, we went to the baloon take-off site and then had to wait for quite some time so we weren't even on the first flight. The balloon ride itself was beautiful. If I had to do it again I would choose another company.

The hot air balloon ride was fine. However please confirm if it is a sunrise ride. The tour that starts at 5:30am is not the sunrise ride. The wait time to start was very long. We were picked up at 5:50 at did not begin our ascent until 7:45. There was very little explanation about why we were waiting on the boat, and in the van for over an hour. They also separated me and my 11 year old daughter into different compartments. However, worst of all was our experience with Sheba Tour, the company that arranges this. When I messaged to let them know the situation, they blamed me for not doing my research on the tour. They replied, quote “I expected you to know that. All of our customers know the difference between the two” When I told them that I was not happy that I was separated from my daughter their reply was, quote: “ Why did you agree to that? It's a question. If you don't want to, there's no problem. They won't force you to do anything. If you objected to that, they would have found someone else.”. I was slightly unhappy with the tour not being a sunrise tour and being separated from my daughter, but am now very unhappy with Sheba Tours for how they deal with their customers. Horrible experience.

The tour was well organised by Mirna and she kept us informed. Overall a good experience. Having done both the sunrise tour and the later one, I would prefer the sunrise one.

While the hot air balloon ride itself was fabulous, we encountered a communication glitch with the driver from this company. We were initially told that the driver would pick us up at our hotel at 5:45 am (15 minutes later than what the website indicated), but the driver only arrived after 6 am. He took us to a spot near the riverside, pointed at a group of people on a boat, and mentioned something about them joining us. Then, he left without further explanation. We exited the car and approached the group of people our driver had pointed to, only to discover that they were a private group and not part of our experience. This left us confused. A while later, another group of people entered our car. We asked an individual holding a list of names if we were supposed to join them, and he confirmed our names on the list, so we returned to the car. However, we ended up being the last two passengers despite arriving first. Subsequently, the driver took us to the hot air balloon location, where we waited until 8 am for the balloon to take off. Since we were among the last balloons to ascend, we didn't see many other balloons in the sky. Not sure why we had to wake up so early just to take off at 8am.

This is an absolute must-do! One of our favourite experiences in Luxor, the views are amazing and the crew fantastic and experienced. We felt safe the entire time and got great photos. The tour is a great length as well. You are up in the air for at least an hour so you have plenty of time to take photos as well as admire the views and be present but its not too long where it eats up your day either. We did Valley of the Kings Tour as well as Karnak and Luxor Temples afterwards and had plenty or time. Mirna helped us organize our tour from the beginning and she was the most attentive and generous person! She answered all our questions with detail and even upgraded us to the sunrise tour as a gift! Thank you Mirna!! We’d definitely do this again and recommend it for anyone of any age!!

This was a great experience! Mirna was a fantastic tour organizer. Professional and friendly, she went above and beyond to upgrade us from the morning tour to the sunrise tour free of charge. The tour itself was very fun, with spectacular views and friendly guides. If you have the option - switch to the sunrise tour. Its an early morning but it will be worth it!!

This tour was one of the best of our lives. We loved so much. Mirna is a very good person and was always texting us to make sure that is everything ok. Mirna also moved us to the first group, which made it possible to watch the sunrise in the balloon. We are so grateful for that.

This experience was very amazing amazing!! I took the opportunity to choose this tour because is a dream to fly in a hot air balloon and more exciting over the temples in the Valley, was a great adventure couldn't be better. The people in charge assisted us very well when crossing the Nile, offering tea coffee or water,then they took us to the balloon place, the view from the sky is impressive and you can also see some of the Temples and the Nile, I can do it again!!☺, thanks to all the people involved in this beautiful experience I recommend 100 %

This was one of the things I was looking forward to most in Egypt. I was only in Luxor 1 night, and my reservation was almost cancelled the night before due to "regulations" but thankfully Mirna was very helpful and able to squeeze my group in with another company and we enjoyed our balloon ride! It was definitely not at sunrise--ours was one of the last to go up and it was around 730am however I already anticipated that due to reviews so we were not upset. Some other [Americans] on our flight were very upset it was not for sunrise...process was pretty chaotic to load into balloon but they had their own system and made it work. Just be ready for under that flame to be HOT
