Deluxe Nile Cruise From Luxor To Aswan And Abusimbel Tour

I joined a 4-day, 3-night Nile cruise tour, and the entire trip was very well organized. Our guide, Mr. Magdy, was very knowledgeable and spoke in an engaging and lively way. During my time in Egypt, these few days were the part of the trip I felt most at ease with.

We took this Nile River Cruise based on the high ratings on Trip Advisor. We enjoyed the cruise and sites visited very immensely. The cruise was well organized and met our overall expectations. Pickups to the tours and transfer were timely. Our ship, H/S Semiramis II was a bit dated but was well maintained and clean. The crew were quite friendly and were always helpful. They cleaned our cabin every day. Our meals on board were very palatable but we paid extra for drinks and water during lunch and diner. The cruise boat internet did not worked well at times and was a bit frustrating. The transport from Aswan to Abu Simbel was a bit crowed. Our guide, Hany Abdelaziz was very knowledgeable on the escorted tours, spoke fluent English and was always very jovial He represented Egypt Knight Tours very well.

We had a really good time with awesome experience. The planning was great and the guide we had was brilliant. We started our Journey in Assuan and went by Ship to Luxor. All together with Abu Simbel and the Ballon ride in Luxor which I really recommend to do. One of the best experiences we had and we have been to many places on earth. The ship we got was also fine. After the tour we had transfer to a Hotel in Marsa Alam which also was planned by the company. All in all it was perfect!

My husband and I chose Egypt Tours for our Honeymoon and was unfortunately disappointed by the appearance of our boat. The boat we went on did not match any of the photos that were advertised, there was no open window or balcony to our room, and we were constantly haggled to buy things/receive massage services throughout the entirety of the trip from employees on the boat, and our bed was as stiff as a board. I wanted to start off with the negative - before diving into the positive, to manage people’s expectations. There were also some very amazing things accompanying this experience that I want to touch on: For one, our tour guide, Gamal, was very kind and knowledgeable. He made my husband and I feel comfortable and made sure we knew the history behind every sight we visited. Secondly, the kitchen, cleaning, and front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. The food was phenomenal, and actually surpassed my expectations! They also knew it was my honeymoon and surprised by husband and I with a cake. It was so sweet! They also catered to us hand and foot, making sure every little need was taken care of. Lastly, although the boat was not what we expected, everything was immaculately clean. Nothing was ever dirty, and they did a great job with cleaning our room each day!

We were picked up from Luxor airport by our guide Mohammed with a private driver. We started the tour of there by going to see a temple. After the temple were taken to our boat to check in. The boat we were on was Ms Zeina. We had lunch on boat while waiting for room to check in. We enjoyed the rest of day one on the boat. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet is included on boat everyday, its descent selection and switches up daily. The cabin was clean but outdated, the bathroom was very outdated and the basic room had plenty of flaws. I would compare the cabin to a 2 star hotel. I expected some what modern as the tour was advertised as DELUXE. Sometimes you have to walk thru 3-4 boats to get to yours when docked and the other boats I seen were all modern look except ours. The lounge area and the top deck was ok. However the quality of the service made the stay enjoyable. Everyone that worked on that boat was amazing, I mean everyone. The tours were daily right after breakfast, and some were also in the evening. There was a flucca ride included in this tour. There is also a horse buggy ride included to one of the tours from the boat. We were able to add on a Nubian Village tour while in Aswan, this was a great culture tour of the Nubians. Great thing about this package is that the tickets were included. Our guide had all the tickets already for each day which was good because there were some long lines at the ticket booths at some locations. There will be places for souvenirs at each stop and the vendors are pretty pushy everywhere. Our last day we checked out after breakfast, took out luggage with us, and took a 3 hour van ride to Abu Simbel. Then it was a 3 hour trip back to Aswan airport. Our guide dropped us off at the entrance of the airport. Mohammed was a very knowledgeable guide and we learned a lot. He was our guide the whole 5 days. He was our private guide for just me and my wife, that was because the rest of the guests on boat spoke Spanish so they were in a bigger tour group. Overall it was a great tour, especially with food and admission included, would of been flawless if boat was modern.

All was absolutely excellent. From pick up by car from our Luxor hotel (which was somewhat out of the way), we arrived on our ship and there to meet us was our guide Hany, a qualified Egyptologist and superbly clear and informative guide. We were then shown our cabin for two which was excellent. The dining facilities, quality of food and it's variety could not be folded. Most important of all, the excursions were all appropriately organised and guided brilliantly, with Hany as our personal dedicated guide. This Cruise was brilliantly constructed and very good value for money. It would be very difficult to find any fault at all. In fact I cannot think of one.

The boat boat was s was that was so good and it's quality in its facilities, with excellent service and excellent good food, with many varieties to choose from. The cabin, like a hotel room, was cleaned and tidied every day. The individual Guide supplied to us by Egypt Knight tours, his name was Hany, was ultra knowledgeable and very clear. The Journey to Abul symbol was shared but very efficient, and oh what an amazing thing to do, to visit Abul symbol. In every way I cannot recommend this Nile cruise more, including good value for money and all round excellent service.

Overall it was great experience! Our tour guide was Mr Gamal, he was very knowledgeable and very passionate about the history and gave very good interpretations of the temples we visited. There was a good mix of information and guided tours and free time to explore each site visited. Our tour guide took care of us, helping us avoid tourist traps and never pressured us to spend money on random things. He also planned for us to arrive early at each site to avoid the crowds making the experience alot more enjoyable. Drivers for our tours were kind and vehicles were clean. Our cruise staff were very kind and genuine, food was good, but be aware of what you eat especially if your system isn't used to food from this region. The cabin room was ok but had some issues with lights that they were unable to fix during our stay, the ship itself was a bit on the older side but still clean and enjoyable cruise.

The trip was well organized supported by experienced guides with police protection and valuable tips at every location. Vegetarian food was an issue.

We highly recommend this agency for your trip to Egypt, reasonable fee with great support. We booked with them not only Cruise Tour from Aswan to Luxor but also 2 days in desert. The cruise they arranged for us has very nice room with balcony, and is very comfortable to enjoy for 4 days. They always make sure pick up and drop off is smooth, especially when taking sleeping train.

Booked Luxor to Aswan cruise with private tour with them. I had private guide Gamal and private vehicle to the entire trip. This is beyond my expectations! Gamal is great guide, knowledgeable and professional. The ancient history came to life with his guidance. I highly recommend Gamal.

My husband and i together with 2 of our friends from Manila, Philippines have started our Egypt tour in Cairo. Then, we flew to Luxor where we started our luxurious Nile Cruise. From there, we went to Aswan and finally to Abu Simbel. This tour, i would say was so memorable and very relaxing. I must start by saying, never have I been more passionate to leave a review, because the service we received by Egypt Knight Tours was like nothing we have ever known. We have been very lucky to travel a great deal, and book with multiple tour operators and travel agents. We have never received the kind of attention to detail, care, and service that we did from Egypt Knight Tours. Before booking, I was exceptionally over-detailed and spent a month trying to pick the boat we wanted. Mahmoud was beyond patient, often spending hours over many days talking to me, giving me information, going above and beyond. On the tour itself, we were made to feel like VIP / A-Listers with the treatment we received. We had a guide to ourself for the whole duration, which given the price we paid was outstanding, but it was the small details that made it special. Each time we exited a monument or location with the guide, he had discreetly messaged the driver who would be there waiting exactly as you left holding the door open for you. Mahmoud who runs the agency has passion for ensuring you are happy. I am sorry to say that whilst in Egypt there are many lovely kind people, there are also quite a few people who make you feel like they are simply out to maximise income from you. Mahmoud was the opposite. He had a genuine care, checked in each day to make sure we were happy, etc. We had a couple of issues with the boat, none of which were anything to do with Egypt Knight, but when Mahmoud heard he showed great concern and I believe he spoke to the boat who then had the manager speak to us to ensure we were happy and all was resolved. He personally met us on one of the days to take us for a lunch, which was not part of our package, and a sunset Felucca ride. I spent days and weeks of research to choose Egypt Knight due to their incredibly competitive pricing, but I can safely say there could not have been a better option. In all honesty from all we experienced I don't even know how they made any profit. The way we were treated made me think surely they can't treat everyone this way - but I actually thing they do, looking at the other reviews. Please do not hesitate - book with Egypt Knight Tours because you will be in safe, professional and warm hands to arrange everything you could want. We had an absolute fabulous time exploring Aswan, Abu Simbel, Kom Ombo, Edfu, Luxor, Dendera and Abydos on a private tour. Our guide, Mahmoud Ali, was excellent and extremely knowledgeable about the history. This was by far the best experience and the best guide in my five trips to this beautiful country. Extensive thanks to out driver Gharib for keeping us safe. We will be back!

Tailor-made trip prepared jointly with the manager. With my teenager, we wanted to skipper the outing to abusimbel in favor of a private car transfer to hurghada. Mr Mahmoud has set this up for us. The guides who accompanied us were all dynamic and passionate. It helps when you need to interest the younger ones.

It is a very good experience, our guide Mustafa is excellent, he speaks Spanish very well and was always concerned with guiding us and giving us important instructions, he told us the history and taught us the symbols. We are happy to have had this experience and grateful for Mustafa!
