Hands down, best guide organizer I've ever had. Everything was fantastic. Mohammed was courteous, extremely prompt, excellent communicator, fantastic organizer. He organized all tickets, explained how tips in Egypt worked (even gave us small change when we didn't have local currency, made sure we had water and snacks for a long day, helped us avoid the crowds, etc etc etc. (All of this for a private tour.) He proactively asked for feedback on our first day's tour guide and when we told him it was just "ok" he immediately got an amazing tour guide who was able to really tell the story of each Pharaoh. He organized tour guides and rides in Cairo for us as well who were fantastic. His vibe is fantastic, very friendly, focused on a great experienced. He organized a private sunset nile cruise and dinner and a fantastic restaurant for us. All food direct from the garden, totally safe for even foreigners to eat. We even met his father and visited his store. I would recommend this for any traveller, but particularly for those wanted a personalized experience to really experience Egyptian hospitality. All in all, a fantastic experience I would highly recommend.

Big brother has supported my family throughout our journey ahead planning,driver was 100% supportive throughout our journey along with checking up throughout our journey by big brother to see we are ok and happy,if anyone need to plan ahead or been let down by other companies for your journey of activity planning 100% big brother will support you without letting you down,I understand sometime people are worried paying in advance but big brother was happy for us to pay at the end once we got back to our hotel which was more peace of mind

I contacted Mohamed directly on Whatsapp. Communication was fast and effective. Mohamed sorted a transfer for us very quickly. Prices are very good and fair! Car was comfortable. We were so pleased that we decided to continue using his services the next day for the long transfer to Aswan. We were given a much bigger and more confortable car. Mohamed also helped us arranging transfers outside of Luxor. I would highly recommend him and Big Brother travel as he is very professional, reliable and offers fair prices.

Wow - I couldn’t have been more thankful and impressed by the service received. I had a bespoke itinerary, which consisted on flying into Cairo at 10am on Saturday, visiting the pyramids, collecting tickets for the boxing, going to the boxing for 6pm, then being driven to Hurghada leaving at 2.30am Sunday, which is a 5hr journey. Firstly Mohamed, was so professional and fully understood my itinerary, which was a breath of fresh air from every other company I messaged. He made me feel at ease. He offered a tour guide as well as a diver and we accepted - Sophia the tour guide was brilliant, she spoke perfect English and was so knowledgeable and kind, I strongly recommend getting a tour guide as she knew everyone and we had no hassle or wasted anytime. Syed was our driver, calm and quiet, so respectful, he couldn’t speak much English but he was just great. We had some drama, of my own making regarding the ticket collection, but between them both we got it sorted and I know without them I would never of been able to get them. The next drama, of my own making again, I thought the last fight would be concluded by midnight, on arrival I realised that we wouldn’t be done till 2.30am - honestly Mohamed, just sorted it in two messages. Honestly I was blown away by the service, professionalism and just genuine honesty people. I would recommend in a heartbeat

I don’t really know where to start with the praise. We booked the valley of the kings , and other Luxor highlights a few months before our trip. Mohammed was extremely helpful and his responses were quick. We had settled on a 7am pickup from our boat in Luxor. A couple of days before the big day we realised we had made a huge mistake and would not be getting into Luxor till 4pm. Mohammed was nothing but helpful when we contacted him and he agreed to pick us up in edfu so we could still enjoy our day, and we could meet the boat when it got into Luxor later that day. The driver arrived promptly and we had the most amazing tour guide in Amal. She is an absolute fountain of knowledge and went out of her way to ensure our happiness and comfort, from taking stunning photos, to treating us to a refreshing glass of sugarcane juice. Mohammed had spoken with the reception team on the boat and knew exactly where they would be mooring, the whole day was stress free and we couldn’t have felt safer. We will definitely use big brother again and can’t wait to see the lovely Amal again

We had a brilliant time visiting the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Hatshepsut Temple, Habu Temple, and colossi of Memnon with Big Brother Travel. Nothing was too much trouble and thanks to Muhammad for helping us when our itinerary changed. I would highly recommend this tour company and we will 100% use them for all our tours when we visit again.

An absolutely amazing experience with Mohamed! Please, if you're considering anyone, with honest and very good pricing, consider Mohamed. I used Mohamed 4 out of the 5 days I was in luxor. 1. Airport pickup - punctual, friendly and straight away talking about the history of luxor. 2. West bank driver. Mohamed drove me to all the west bank main sites and waited in the car whilst I visited, this took away all the stress and logistics of finding my way around. (Tour guide is an option but I just used the driver service) 3. Mohamed drove me the 1 hour drive north to Dendera and the temple of hathor. By far my favourite temple. 4. I was collected and driven to the bus station, and we were too early so he bought me a coffee so that I wasn't waiting too long alone. Mohamed repeatedly told me that if I ever needed anything, to please contact him and he would help. That also takes a lot of stress off a solo traveler, I never needed to ask or request anything extra but I can be 100% sure that Mohammed would have come to help. Everything on my itinerary was agreed per WhatsApp before I landed in Egypt and everything ran smoothly like clockwork. Always early for pickups, very high standard of car, excellent English, and super friendly. I will be recommending to everyone visiting Egypt to contact Big brother travel. The next time I'm back in Egypt, I wouldn't think twice about messaging him! Thanks again Mohammed!

I never write reviews, but I am making a total exception for BIG BROTHER. They are a truly fantastic team run by Mohammed, and both my husband and I are in total agreement that meeting him made our visit to Luxor so special. We used his Big Brother service every day of our stay. Mohammed organised our air-conditioned transportation to and from the airport, a felucca ride at sunset, a tour of the Valley of the Kings, the Nobles, the Artisans, and the Temple of Hatshepsut, and provided an excellent Egyptologist to guide us around Karnak temple at 6 am. There is nothing this man cannot organise. He is a genuinely friendly and thoughtful person who provided exactly what we asked for, was so easy to communicate with on WhatsApp, and we feel lucky to have met him. We booked a two-day transfer tour and decided to add a one-day tour in Luxor as well. Our journey started with a transfer from Aswan via Abu Simbel to Luxor, and from the very beginning everything felt relaxed and well organized. Mohamed was never pushy and always gave us the space to decide for ourselves where we wanted to go. When we asked for his opinion, he answered honestly, without ever trying to sell us something extra. Along the way, he shared helpful tips and interesting information when it felt appropriate, but he also sensed perfectly when it was nice to just enjoy the ride in silence. He was open, funny, and very easy to talk to. The car was comfortable, and Mohamed’s driving style was calm and confident, making us feel completely safe as three women traveling together. We truly enjoyed traveling with Mohamed and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a comfortable way to explore Egypt!

We have just finished our tour of Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel. Mohammed was so helpful both in the planning stage and then during our trip. He arranged all our transport, guides and entry tickets, including all the main sites, a felucca ride and getting between Luxor and Aswan by car and train. Big Brothers Travel has taken care of our trip from Luxor to Aswan with two stops, one at Esna temple and one at Edfu temple. Making the booking was very easy and smoothly done by texting with the owner Mohamed. The vehicle that was arranged was very comfortable and had air conditioning. During the two stops, our driver waited patiently on us whilst we were exploring the temples. We had a great experience with Mohamed in Luxor! He organized private transportation for our family, including airport transfers and visits to all the top places. He even helped us get a local SIM card, which made everything so much easier. We’re a family with 4 kids, and the minibus was super comfortable and spacious. The drivers were friendly and took us to amazing local restaurants that tourists usually don’t know about. Mohamed is an excellent communicator, very responsive and very accommodating. He knows the lay of the land well and can help you with multiple options, including guided tours, if you want these. We landed in Luxor on September 1 (in the afternoon) and were in the area for five days. Mohamed and his team met us at the airport, took us to our Airbnb to drop off our luggage and then took us to the Luxor temple on Day 1. While we were in the temple looking around, they waiting patiently for us to take our time looking at things and then took us back to our Airbnb. We were planning on starting Day 2 visiting the Valley of the Kings, but Mohamed suggested to take a sunrise balloon ride first to see the entire valley, and it was a recommendation we thoroughly enjoyed. We then saw the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut's Temple, Colossi of Memnon & Karnak's Temple. Having a little free time in the evening, he offered an option of renting a boat to watch the sunset on the Nile, which we thoroughly enjoyed. He arranged all the driving and all the logistics of setting up all these extra adventures. Day 3: Drivers took us from Luxor to Aswan, but en route we stopped at three different temples (Ensa, Edfu & Kom Ombo Temples). When we got to Aswan, he also took us to the Unfinished Obelisk. Spent the night in Aswan and departed at 4:00AM the next morning for Abu Simbel. Day 4: Departed 4:00AM, a solid three hour drive (one way). Saw Abu Simbel Temple, then drove back to Aswan, where we visited the Philae Temple, then headed back to Luxor, which is another three hours away. Day 5: We went north of Luxor to see the Abydos and Dendera Temples. Day 6: Took us back early to the Luxor airport. This was a very busy schedule with long hours of driving, but Mohamed and his team were very reliable and had wonderful suggestions, were very responsive. I will for sure use my Big Brother Mohamed when I can visit again! Highly recommend using him for any of your travel needs in this area. You won't regret choosing them! Excellent service! We had a one week trip to Egypt and we were able to visit lots of places from Cairo and Luxor. Just back from a magical 3 generations trip to Egypt. We started in Cairo, flew to Aswan, saw Abu Simbel and drove to Luxor via Kom Ombo and Edfu… From the beginning Mohamed had been extremely helpful with organizing our itinerary. He was always available and speaks English exceptionally well! Mohamed was perfectly on time, had some chilled water for us and thought of ice cream when we couldn’t think of anything at all anymore due to overwhelming sightseeing and heat. We felt very safe while on the road with him and loved spending time together. It surly was not easy dealing with the different needs of three generations, but he truly knows how to look after people and made us feel very welcome and at ease all the time. Mohamed has been nothing but AMAZING! I am a solo woman traveling in Egypt and he was a blessing to my trip!! We did the transfer from Aswan to Luxor, stopping in 3 temples. He instantly became a friend and took care of me in every possible way. From talking in arabic to boat drivers, til walking me to the tickets office to avoid sellers. We shared an amazing Koshary and sweets, we chatted all the way, had fun, and even, to my request, helped me arrange my luxor balloon ride and perfume store. We just came back from our time on Egypt. Luxor Aswan and Abu Simbel was the first leg of our journey and we used Mohamed of Big Brother. From our first conversation he was super respectful and honest and his pricing was extremely fair amongst alllllll others I spoke to. And I spoke to ALOT of others. We travelled to Luxor Aswan and Abu simbel with Mohamed. He took us to great places to eat that weren’t tourist heavy as that’s what we wanted. Allowed us to enjoy private Nile cruises and arranged all without hesitation. When we left to head to Cairo and Sharm el Sheikh, Mohamed maintained communication with us to ensure we were safe and didn’t need anything. He’s genuine. When we met him he abided by our itinerary and added several suggestions, some we took some we didn’t. He was super hospitable. I don’t think he ever greeted us WITHOUT a beverage of some sort. It’s hooottttt. And he always gave us snacks for long rides. We literally gained a friend in Mohamed and we couldn’t be happier with his service. He stayed with us for as long or as little as we wanted. Offered so much humour, joy and knowledge. Our only regret is not staying there longer. Thank you so much Mohamed we will be back

We engaged Mohamed's service to have a half-day tour in Luxor West and also a full-day transfer from Luxor to Aswan with three temple visits. After in-depth research, I would say he was charging a fair and reasonable price. If you would like to visit Kom Ombo, Edfu and Esna without cruising, this probably is the best option. Mohamed is professional and easygoing, and we felt comfortable having him around, he shared with us the story in Luxor and he spoke very English.

The experience was very good, I had already received recommendations about them and they did not disappoint me at all. Yousef was with us the whole time as our Spanish-speaking guide, he was super pleasant, the places where we ate were excellent!
