After breakfast, you will start your tour to the West Bank of Luxor by Colossi of Memnon, two magnificent twin statues image of pharaoh Amenhotep III and two smaller statues carved by his feet (one being his wife and the other his mother), stand graciously in the horizon of the magnificent Luxor horizons. The two statues, each measuring 60 feet tall, stand at the entrance of Amenhotep III’s mortuary temple. They are famously named by the name of Colossi of Memnon due to a phenomenon produced by one of the statues after an earthquake. Originally built in the Theban Necropolis in the west of the Nile River in the modern city of Luxor, the Colossi of Memnon, two colossal statues made of quartzite sandstone, which archaeologists believe was quarried at El-Gabal el-Ahmar, located near modern Cairo and then transported 420 miles overland to the ancient city of Thebes, remain after thousands of years. Then drive to Hatshepsut temple.

Return to the cruise, relax on the sundeck watch the unique landscape, and admire the beautiful scenery of the Nile River while sailing to Kom Ombo City. - Lunch on board and afternoon tea on the sundeck.

After Breakfast on board, start your day tour by visiting Philae Temple, the Greco-Roman temple dedicated to the goddess Isis using a small motorboat to get there. This beautiful temple complex is one of the most picturesque in all of Egypt. It sits on Aglika Island just south of the old Aswan Dam. The temple was moved to its current location following the construction of the High Dam, which threatened to submerge it permanently. Philae rose to prominence during the Ptolemaic Dynasty as the center of the cult of the goddess Isis. This complex was actually one of the last remaining places where the ancient religion survived after the arrival of Christianity in Egypt, officially closing only in 551 AD. Early Christians then used the main temple on the island as a church. - Drive back to your Nile cruise. The tour guide Kareem was very knowledgeable and caring. He made sure to explain everything we were seeing and watched our steps so we wouldn't trip. I have trouble with the higher steps, he was always there to take my hand and help me down. I would highly recommend Kareem and Adoro viajar Egipto tours.

We had a wonderful time on the Nile cruise. The facilities were great and the food was very good. Imbrahim was our host. He was great, and made sure all the arrangements were done properly. He was very friendly and highly experienced. Additionally we had many temple tours along the way. The guides provided were excellent. Even our plan changed, Kareem, our guide for the last couple days, went out of his way to help us get the most out of those days. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time with him. We highly recommend the tour.

I rated this trip a 5 because it was very well organized. Everything was taken care of and it made it easy. Ibrahim organized an excellent tour and our guide Kareem took care of all the details. The tours were mostly in the mornings and we had the evenings to enjoy on the cruise. The boat, Al Nabilitan, was simple, clean and well organized. It wasn’t a luxury boat but we felt we got good value for money. Food was average but staff were helpful and professional. The boat didn’t have wifi so that could matter to some. We liked that because it meant our kids spent time with us! Kareem our guide was knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t feel forced to do anything and we were able to adapt our experience based on what we wanted. So we appreciated that. I would recommend this tour.

Traveling through Egypt with Ibrahim was, without a doubt, one of the most spectacular and happy experiences I have ever lived. From the first moment he made me feel safe, calm, and accompanied, which allowed me to forget about many of the worries one hears before traveling to Egypt and simply enjoy this incredible country. We visited impressive places like Dendera, Luxor, Karnak, the Colossi of Memnon, and different temples, in addition to living incredible experiences like the hot air balloon ride over Luxor, which was one of the most special moments of the entire trip. Seeing these places is impressive on its own, but getting to know them accompanied by someone who really knows how to convey their history makes all the difference. And that is precisely what distinguishes Ibrahim. He is not just an excellent guide: he makes you fall in love with Egypt. His way of telling history, explaining the culture, and sharing the details of each place makes the temples and monuments come to life. It is clear that he enjoys what he does and that he genuinely wants you to have the best experience possible. Furthermore, Ibrahim helped me a lot throughout the entire trip. He was always looking out for us, willing to resolve any question or need, and doing everything possible so that we were comfortable and happy. We spent 3 whole days, all of them with Ibrahim as guide, just for us. It has been charming and very attentive, it has indicated less crowded and very interesting temples, plus we went to hours where there were fewer people so it was better enjoyed.
