My wife and I had a very enjoyable tour experience in Luxor. We were picked up by a private driver and brought around all the incredible sights and attractions throughout the city. Our tour guide, Momo, was outstanding throughout the entire tour. He was extremely informative, friendly, and always willing to help. His knowledge of the museums, temples, and history of Luxor made the experience much more enjoyable and memorable for us. Momo made us feel very welcome and comfortable during the tour, and we would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Luxor. Thank you again for such a fantastic experience!

Our day in Luxor visiting Karnak and Valley of the Kings far exceeded our expectations. Dr. Salma was an incredible guide. Her expertise in Egyptology is second to none and she speaks like a native English speaker. We had great guides at other sites but she was by far the best. 3 day Nile cruise was great experience. Nice tour had great communication throughout the trip with quick response to questions. The cruise was outdated for deluxe cruise but the stafff and food was great. Abu Simbel was the highlight with Ramsey temple built in the mountain. Momo our tour guide in Luxor was very knowledgeable and spoke very well English. Adam the driver was on time for pick up and drop off. Nice tour was able to reschedule hot air balloon ride since it was canceled due to weather (must do do in Luxor). We will definitely recommend nice tour to family and friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. The ship and all staff were excellent. Our guide for the tours on the first day was called Mina Abdrabou and he also excellent. He was very helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and without his guidance we could not have fitted as much into the day.

Manal was a really good guide. Even though we had a packed schedule, she made the experience as calm and informative as possible.

Our tour guide for valley of the kings and Karnak temples was Manal, she was amazing, very good knowledge and very sweet person, we had a great time in her company.

Overall tour was very organized under smooth operation. Daily schedule had been constantly updated through WhatsApp in timely manner. Our tour guide, Raymond was very friendly and gave us a good understanding to historical aspects. One unfortunate thing was that we would not do balloon tour due to weather conditions but couldn’t get any refunds.

We booked a 2 Night Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor using company Nice Tours. In early December 2 weeks before our holiday, they cancelled the tour without any explanation. Worse still, they are continuing to advertise the cruise but at more than double the price we paid back in July. And we are now left stranded a few days before travel trying to find alternative. But since it's so close to the holiday all prices have increased. The booking was made through Tripadvisor and Viator. I am based in the UK and this is false advertising under UK consumer protection and breach of contract law. Nice tours are running a scam. Clearly cancelling those booking that were made at an early cheaper rate in favour of those that are willing to pay more closer to the date.

Today we went with Jackie to valley of Kings and her recommendations were great. RAMSSESES V & VI tumb is the best. I learn a lot.

We did a 3-day Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor and it was the highlight of our trip to Egypt. Everything was very well organised, comfortable and safe, and we visited all the main archaeological sites along the way. The absolute highlight was our private guide in Luxor, Mohamed Refaaie. He guided us through the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Karnak and other sites, explaining history in a very clear and engaging way. He was friendly, patient and happy to answer all our questions. You can really feel how passionate he is about his work. We left with unforgettable memories and we highly recommend this experience – especially a private tour with Mohamed in Luxor.

Along the tour, guides and cruise staff are very helpful and sweet. BUT, terrible terrible organization. Nothing happened on time as planned before. We always got late. We even have to skip the visit to Edfu Temple. Our luggages got lost during pick-up. The cruise boat is not a 5-star boat like it seems on the photos.

Disappointed for no balloon, said got no flight permission. Anyway, partially refunded for the balloon. All good for the rest

We took the 3 day cruise with Nice Tours from Luxor to Aswan. The ship was great. Clean and very good rooms would recommend getting a SIM card before the cruise because internet is extra But the activities can improve a lot in the coordination - For the balloon ride, they told us to be ready at 5am but picked us up at 5.30 and made us wait in a van for more than 40 minutes to then say the flight is cancelled because of the weather - Little time for visiting temple of Karnak. The guide George was great but took us to 2 places that were not in the schedule and were ment for us to buy stuff (stones and oil) both stops took about 45 minutes each and at the end we had to run through Karnak Temple because we didn’t have enough time - Hours temple was great tour guide very knowledgeable but again little time to explain and explore - Kom Ombo. Crocodile temple. Tour Guide was in a rush and didn’t take the time to explain things properly . He would make the explanation showing a picture and not in the real wall because there was “too many people” - For Abu simbel they were supposed to pick us up at 4am and ended picking us up at 6am (2 hour delay at this time in the morning can make children very angry and really ruins the day) Finally as a recommendation. Would be good to have more communication from Nice tours before the trip as I didn’t know what to expect and even thought it was a scam until the day before departing because of th little responses I got

Brilliant trip in Luxor. Our guide was Mohammed Refaie. He is a brilliant guide. Very knowledgeable and informative. Friendly also. I would highly recommend. If I am ever in Luxor again I will be sure to ring Mohamed. 5 stars!

Vert good expérience with SARA. She explains a lot of things and WE enjoy to visit with her. Sara is very intelligent guide and she only wants WE are free to ask questions and she answers.

Got a friendly guide. Nice people around. Had great time visiting temples around Luxor. Valley of the kings was a good experience but weather was too hot. Make sure you pack some Water and snacks. Very expensive to buy around temples.

Our first day in Luxor with Raymond was great. He was very knowledgeable and efficient at getting us round, despite it being very hot and busy!

Everything in the tour was accomplished. However, the low rate is due to the lack of communication on a timely manner and the messy experience. There are a lot of different people involved and some were good but others were careless with the tourist. Great service from the team in Luxor, specially our guide Salma. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent English! Nice tours, please improve your service, communications and logistics to be excellent.

The niel cruise was so beautiful and the boat amazing. The only negative was that we went from luxor to aswan. It would have been better the other way around. As karanak temple in luxor is by far the most impressive. So the other temples seemed a little underwhelming when we started out with something so big and grand. But all in all a wonderful tour

The cruise was not 5* and was quite old: if not for the amazing tours you would be better off booking a cruise from booking.com. Once again, the tours during the days we were with this company made it worth it though.
