We did a great tour with of Hatshepout, we did the valley of the kings and the Karnak temple. Raymon was a very nice guide, we enjoyed our experience with his despite the heat. We maw sure to start early to be able to enjoy the visit. Raymon took the time to explain and adapt to my daughter and I since it was a private tour. Thank you Raymon.

Our guide, Amr Elzen, was fantastic. Very authentic, he knew a lot about ancient Egyptian history and is well educated (also in general knowledge). In addition, his English is very good, especially compared to other guides. If you want, you can ask him to show you around local places. As a tourist, it is often not that easy to go there, as they are hidden and the entrances are often not well marked.

We had a good experience with Marwa fatafeat elsoker,a very sympatic and efficent woman to bring you around Luxor. She was on time and very kind. But we also had not so good guides, where we had to wait 3 hours to get to our ballon, we had to wake up ar 0340 to be at the reception of the boat at 0410, an there was no guide till 0630, an also on the boat be careful because they ask money before you check-in, don't do it.

We had a quite nice experience with the trip guides were all helpful and cheered us along the way explained everything in detail answered all questions and also helped us in local shopping. Mustafa was amazing even though there was a little disturbance he managed to fit our iteranary perfectly and made our day

We booked 9 Day Nile cruise via Viator and the Tour Provider is Nice Tours to commence on Dec 24th-Jan 1st. This was booked in October and I consistently followed up to get details of our tour for Visa purposes and asked in multiple occasions asked whether this tour was in threat of cancellation. On multiple occasions Nice Tours confirmed our tour will have no hiccups and to not worry. I kept asking for the name of the cruise ship and hotel as I expected to receive this once we booked. And they kept saying that they will inform us 6-8 days prior to the tour and to not worry. I told them throughout the months that this was a trip planned for my elderly parents and my family.Then this morning Dec 21st they informed us it’s cancelled via WhatsApp and we fly out tomorrow. To say that I am disgusted with their lack of care is an understatement. They refused to speak with me and just asked me to understand them and to have patience. Now we are booking with a different provider and the prices have increased significantly due to the fact we are booking late due to Nice Tours cancellation notice. If you want to be hoodwinked, misinformed, lack of care or due diligence, unprofessionalism, stressed out before you leave, and be out of pocket before you fly out - then book with them. Absolutely disgusting UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE !!!!!’

Marina is such a wonderful person and a perfect travel planner. When I told her about my family trip, she made sure to give special attention for each day, daily sharing proactive plans for day by day trips, and all the hotel stays, cruise, flights and the tour guides plus all the restaurants was beyond expectations. She made sure that my mother's birthday was celebrated well plus she also gave one free evening to a cruise party which is so kind and thoughtful of her. Not a single complaint and we were 200% satisfied and she is so friendly, responsive and caring as she always made sure we are enjoying. I definitely recommend her for anything if you are visiting Egypt and trust me, you will not regret. A big warm thanks to Marina for taking care of me and my family and for making this trip of 10 days a perfect travel and life long memory. MARINA, YOU ARE THE BEST. GOD BLESS YOU. You rock and a lots of love from this Indian friend.

Worst Vacation of all time. -1 Point: The nice Tour supported child labour on the felucchia ride. They wouldnt let us off the ship for extra money. -1 Chaotic tour planning and last minute changes. Plan was changed after 1 day in Cairo, including wake up at 2.am to get to Luxor. This meant basically check in check out check in check out... -1 really bad food (nice tours brought us to the same food place three times - food was terrible) and really bad located hotels and cruise. -1 Scams erverywhere, people are only nice until they got your money off you. Even most of the temples are restored or were rebuild so its fake aswell.

Our tour guide Maria was very informative and friendly. Maria gave us a lot of history but also allowed us to take pictures and to walk around on our own. Highly recommend

Today was my last day In Egypt and I was very impressed with all the tour guides and driver everyday they are so friendly and helpful . My second last day I met our driver name hassanambo he was truly a helpful and cool guy he drove me to get my favourite snacks at the mini mart . Today was Mr Mohammad the driver who drove us to the safari park at Alexandria than to Cairo airport was also a super nice guy ! Overall I’m glad to meet all the guide and driver from the Nice tour , their tour was not too bad BUT the service from the back end who liase with us daily about the schedule is very very slow in responding and they will not reply you immediately or even they will not reply on time too. What you request or ask them they anything about the trip or transit issue they might not do it for you and no update you as well . So be prepared for all the challenges you have encountered every single day with the customer service . I really hope this backend or the customer service or anyone who are coordinating with customer daily can do a better job and respond quickly and efficiently no matter how many customers you’re handling daily so that the customer like us will not be stress and feel panicked everyday! We are a family travel with the tour guide, recommend very good. It is advisable to walk and speak slowly. The weather is good.

Great VFM on the whole trip, the package is super thorough and captures the essence of Egypt completely with all experiences that you have heard of or can imagine. However we were travelling with parents 65ish age and it got a little hectic waking up at 4-5am everyday almost in order to ensure all experiences are met. While we had many guides across dozens of experiences a special shout out to 2 guides who were super amazing, helpful and went above and beyond in all aspects to cater to our needs. 1) Remon Magy in Luxor 2) Mary Gerges in Aswan

Today we had a nice tour tour to the valley of the kings, hatshetsoup, colisei of memo with our tour guide Reem. She was very helpful and explained us all details for each one of the places. She also answered a lot of question about the ruins and other historical question.
