Excellent hotel with spacious rooms, friendly service, and generous breakfasts. You generally know that a stay in a Parador will be an above average to excellent experience, depending on the location. Only complaint about this one was that we were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning was entirely inadequate. It did little except blow warm air.

Beautiful hotel on three floors with lifts and stairs. Underground parking which is charged, is very good and lifts to the floors from the basement. Room was amazing. And view over the roof tops. Bathroom well equipped and toiletries provided. Towels were large and thick. Beds were comfortable. Loved the rocking horses to relax in. Dinner was in the bar as the restaurant is shut! Not quite the atmosphere wanted for my birthday, but the service and food were excellent. Breakfast was buffet style but bacon and eggs were cooked to order, the scrambled egg was especially good.
Fantastic. So comfortable and delicious food in the restaurant. Very helpful. Lovely stay to start our Camino. They also provided a luxury picnic!
Stayed here on the third night of our current road trip. I think we were fortunate to get a space in the underground garage, which for our car was a necessity. It is a pity that garage space cannot be prebooked, even if it meant paying up front. Typical parador quality and attention to detail. Room was excellent, dinner was superb, with good choices on the menu and breakfast was a great way to start the day. The wine list was familiar from our other nights at various paradores and most acceptable. We love staying at Paradores and Vilalba was up there with the best.
Very spacious. Clean good hotel. I liked the PC in the hotel lobby. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. No walk-in shower, shower is in the bathtub, it's dangerous for old people. The water pressure of the shower was too low. The wooden floors creaked a lot. The walls between the rooms are too thin, every noise goes through it. There is no microwave oven, although there is a space for it above the fridge. There was no pen and paper on the desk of the room. TV is only in Spanish. No socket for a USB. There was no menu or information about the restaurant in the room. There is no escape plan in the room, all that wood would give a large fire.
