Schweizerhof Luzern

Excellent stay overall. The hotel is in a very convenient location, about a 5-minute walk from the train station and the center of Lucerne. Service was great throughout my stay. The staff were friendly at check-in, helped send my luggage directly to my room, and room service was also very good. At check-out, I was even given a box of Swiss chocolates and a few souvenirs, which was a nice touch. The room was quiet and upscale with nice finishes, a great rainfall shower, and memorabilia explaining the history of the hotel. I also really appreciated having AC during the summer, since air conditioning isn’t common in many Swiss hotels. The only minor downside is that the hotel is fairly large, and depending on where your room is, you may need to take multiple elevators and do quite a bit of walking to reach it. Overall, a very comfortable stay and I’d happily stay here again.

Wow! What an amazing hotel!!! It was absolutely beautiful, historical, yet also had modern amenities! We loved using the sauna in the workout facility and enjoying the beautiful views up there. Also enjoyed the nightly chocolate and story time booklet!! We thank you and appreciate all!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern, and the whole family absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the overall experience and hospitality were truly worthy of a five-star property. The only disappointment was the gym, which was well below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. The fitness facilities could definitely benefit from an upgrade and better equipment. Apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A great choice in Lucerne!

The Hotel Schweizerhof in Luzern was a wonderful place to stay! The staff was very courteous and attentive and the rooms were very comfortable! One of our favorite things was our drinks at the Brasserie Vico! We had the most delightful drinks from our bartender, Dinesh!! I asked about one of the drinks and he asked me a few questions of my tastes and if I would mind if he created something for me. Of course I said yes and I was not disappointed!! Not one drink but two different ones! It would be a great bar to stop at even if you aren’t staying at the hotel, especially with the outdoor seating! We also loved the how the windows would light up at night with the various colors! It didn’t even disturb us when we were in our room! That was what attracted us to the hotel! Great place!
