Great hotel, and great location! Would stay at Cascada again while in Lucerne. They provide a Lucerne visitor pass as well which covers buses in the city, as well as reusable water bottles. Rooms are spotless clean, and very comfortable with AC for the summer heat. Great service and stay overall!
What a great boutique hotel - we really enjoyed the hotel. The staff is super friendly and eager to please - everytjing we asked for was provided with service-oriented approach. The room was lovely and elegant, and the breakfast was diversified and tasty. Great hotel, and they deserve no less than 5 stars.
What a gem to discover on our travels! Everything about this hotel was outstanding. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the complimentary daily minibar refill was a wonderful surprise. The restaurant was also fantastic! The location was also excellent—just an easy 8-minute flat walk to the train station. It’s refreshing to find a hotel that delivers such genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
One of the best hotels we stayed in Europe. Excellent service and out of the way help. Nina at reception counter was exceptionally helpful when we checked in. Also, small things but clearly vegetarian and vegan marked in breakfast menu. Highly recommended.
Our stay at Cascada Boutique Hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel provided exceptional customer service with quick, professional, and friendly communication before arrival, throughout our stay, and even after checkout. We stayed in their large family room that comfortably accommodated our family of five. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, allowing everyone to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. What truly sets this hotel apart is its attention to detail. Everything felt carefully considered from the convenient location with easy access to the train station, bus stops, restaurants, and Lucerne's main attractions, to the modern bathrooms featuring excellent showers with strong water pressure that felt just like home. The bathrooms were spotless and well-appointed, including bidets and other thoughtful amenities. We especially appreciated the complimentary reusable water bottles provided by the hotel, which could be refilled at the many public drinking fountains throughout Switzerland at no extra cost. Another thoughtful touch was the availability of umbrellas for guests to use during rainy weather, making sightseeing much more convenient without having to worry about purchasing or packing one. The housekeeping team was outstanding, maintaining the room to the highest standard every day. The entire property was spotless, modern, welcoming, and clearly managed with great care. If you're visiting Lucerne and looking for a hotel that combines comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and exceptional service, Cascada Boutique Hotel is an excellent choice.
