The car never turned up, when I called the operator he cancelled the booking and refunded the amount leaving me in complete distress. This deserves blacklisting and compensation to be paid to me.
Super easy and on time pickup roundtrip. I was staying in the city center where cars couldn’t travel and on the return trip the driver came to my hotel on foot to take my bag and walk me back to where he was parked. Very nice service.

This is a shared service. Pick up wasn’t bad but they were a total no show for our pick up back to the airport. Totally unreliable
Total no show. I tried repeatedly to message them to confirm - 4 hours early, 3 hours, 30 min etc. no communication and never appeared. Do NOT trust this service!!!

Driver was waiting for us with a sign very clearly showing my name in the arrivals hall at the LP Airport. He took both our bags and opened the doors for us, and took us on a 15 minute ride in a brand new Toyota Camry (EV) which was simply smooth as silk.
I used this service twice, from the airport and from the hotel back to the airport. At the airport we were met by a man with a sign, taken to a spacious, clean and new air conditioned car and driven to the hotel. From the hotel we were picked up on time by the same man and taken to the airport. Seamless, no issues and good value service.
Great airport pick up service, on time and a very nice electric car driver was helpful and we arrived at the airport in good time.Would recommend.
The driver picked us up with a sign with my name. He is on time and professional. The car is clean. It makes the arrival seamless and worry free. He even gave us an overview of the city and neighborhood around the hotel.
The 3-day package tour of Luang Prabang arranged by Asia Pearl Travel was really good. Our guide was excellent and he was very knowledgeable. The places to visit were well planned. Highly recommend the Asia Pearl company to everybody.
The car arrived on time, and the driver was there to pick us up even with the 45 minutes late arrival. He helped us with luggage when we got into the car and we had a safe drive to the hotel. All we would need for a 5 star service. If drinking water can be offered on the vehicle it would be more outstanding.
The driver was at the place showing our name on a card, it was a fast and safe drive to town. The vehicle was not brand new but tidy. Overall, a good experience. The driver was very helpful with luggage since we traveled with 2 large suitcases each.

We had to figure out who to message because no one came to pick us up. That was made more difficult by the lack of WiFi/internet service right off the airplane. One. We messaged, they got someone here fairly quickly. But then taking us back, they picked us up 2hrs and 40 min before our morning flight. It’s a 10 min ride and the airport wasn’t even open when we got here. I don’t know why they insisted on such an early pickup for something so close. It’s easy to get rides here so I wouldn’t recommend doing it through viator.
Driver was late without explanation. When he arrived, we gave our names and the name of our contact person from his company to make sure it's the right ride but it took him a long time to understand and confirm. On top of this, the vehicle was untidy.
We booked a round-trip transfer. Airport transfers are a very important part of a holiday. They left us (3) outside the hotel. Hung up on us several times. We tried emails and phone calls from both Viator and us. all went unanswered. They do not have the skills for airport transfers. Pick someone else to avoid unnecessary anxiety. I hope Viator also takes note. ASIA PEARL TRAVEL DAY TOURS is not a good operator. FYI they have offered a 50% refund .... funny that
Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived, loaded our luggage, and we were quickly on our way. Good driver.
Our guide was Ken, he was great showing us all around the place. The morning ceremony was a nice culture touch. Ken was very knowledgeable and very sensitive. Vehicles were in good condition too.
Car was very clean and driver was at the waiting hall waiting for us with our name on a card. The drive was very safe and driver attitudes was very nice too. However, he could not speak English which is quite understandable.
Staff contacted us the day before the arrival and departure to reconfirm the times - these were very good move. We felt safe and taken cared when using this transfer service. Highly recommend it!
Our 3 last days of the 12 days journey ended with Luang Prabang - and Lucas, our guide, was very patient, spoke great English and took care of us very well. Special thanked to Mr. Windy who made up everything to get our trip smooth and hassle free.

Da sich unser Flug verschoben hat haben wir über die Rezeption im Call Center mit Sitz in Vietnam anrufen lassen! Habe zwar die Änderung über Viator ändern lassen es kam jedoch keine Antwort vom Veranstalter! Wagen kam schließlich 15 Minuten später nach erneutem nachfragen! Fahrer war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Heute würde ich das Taxi immer direkt über die Rezeption buchen!
Despite the late arrival time of 8 p.m., I was picked up on time. The personality of the driver and the driving skills were very good.
