I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to local attractions and restaurants. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and featured a comfortable bed with a stunning view. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!

This hotel was in a great area, close to everything you want to do, and set away from the main street, so very quiet. Their breakfast was convenient and had variety for both western and eastern palats. The only reason I put 4 instead of 5 stars for the room is because it did smell like someone smoked in there, and we requested a nonsmoker room. There was an ashtray outside on the balcony. It's just personal preference. Everything else was top rate.

Serene and quiet hotel a bit ways from the main tourist street. Service and staff was fantastic, being super helpful and friendly. Breakfast provided was simple and good, and the check in process was quick and easy. But rooms were left much to be desired. Air condition start leaking halfway through the stay on the 2nd night, and at some point, chunks of ice was coming out of it. Basic toiletries were not provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver & ear buds). TV provided was not smart and could only certain Thai channels. Even the Thai channels were of bad connection. Do also note that the cafe beside the hotel has a live band that plays from 6 til around 10+/11 every night. Not super annoying, but definitely a disturbance to the peaceful environment.
