I stayed at Pullman Luang Prabang for three nights and had a wonderful, peaceful stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time in the beautiful surroundings.
There were a few small issues during my stay, but the reception team was always very helpful. In particular, Mina at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, as was another male staff member at the reception. I really appreciated their support and warm hospitality.
Thank you very much for making my stay so pleasant. I would love to come back again and enjoy another relaxing stay here.
Overall, we were satisfied with this Accor group hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and the bathroom is of high quality. The breakfast is good, with a very high-quality selection of different coffees. It is a pity that there is no à la carte service, which is missing for a hotel of this tier. The swimming pool leaves a mixed impression; its overall maintenance deserves improvement. The shuttle service is a very good idea since the hotel is located far from the city center. Overall, the restaurant staff is very friendly, especially Preb. Special mention to David Homsin, who completely understands customer service—he is reachable and available at all times and extremely kind. Overall, I recommend it.
An excellent hotel just outside the center of Luang Prabang. The property is beautiful, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. It is spacious, with a stunning rice field at its heart that creates a peaceful atmosphere. The service is also excellent, with attentive and caring staff who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the main swimming pool was unavailable during our visit, but that was not a major issue as we were still able to enjoy the smaller pool, which was very pleasant. The only downside was the food at the hotel’s restaurant, L’Atelier. We had breakfast there every morning and dinner one evening, and unfortunately everyone in our group became sick afterward. The food was disappointing, and the prices were far too high considering the quality of the meals. Aside from this issue, everything else was perfect. We had a wonderful stay at Pullman for 3 nights and truly enjoyed every moment of our time at the hotel. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and welcoming.
A special thank you to Khamchan at Reception, who made our stay even more memorable. Upon arrival, he kindly upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and dedicated attention made us feel valued from the very beginning.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We especially loved the two outdoor swimming pools, which created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The facilities, breakfast, and overall service exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay to the fullest and left with wonderful memories.

The rice field and mountain view from my room was really nice. You could do stargazing at late night as well.
The service was wonderful. The genuinely helpful staff introduced me the activities in Luang Prabang in detail upon my arrival, and they assisted me in planning my trip. Love the warm smile from each staff I encountered in the resort. Mina and Toto from the reception team were especially appreciated as they efficiently solved my queries and helped me to arrange transportation.
The location was slightly inconvenient, although there was hourly free shuttle service. You might need to plan ahead if you want to participate in almsgiving in the early morning since the shuttle service is not available at that time. The reception team could provide transport advice for that. After consulting their opinion, I booked a tuktuk and reached the city centre smoothly.
Overall a great experience and it worths a five star.
