Le Sen Boutique Hotel

Exceptional hotel! From the staff and accommodations to the food, drinks, and amenities, we absolutely loved our stay here. We were celebrating both our honeymoon and my husband's 40th birthday, and the entire team made our visit incredibly special and memorable. The kitchen staff, front desk team, and housekeeping crew consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. We stayed in one of the villas, which was beautiful and well-appointed. We also enjoyed massages with On and Souk, who left us feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. Mr. Keo and Mr. Phon made breakfast a highlight each morning, always ensuring everything was just to our liking. The property is exceptionally well maintained. The rooms, grounds, and amenities were spotless, and the pool was pristine throughout our stay. The gym was surprisingly well equipped and offered everything needed for a solid strength-training workout—even a great setup for HYROX enthusiasts. The hotel offers airport transfers for a fee, as well as a complimentary shuttle into town. While we preferred exploring on our own schedule, the shuttle service looked excellent, with a well-maintained vehicle and a very friendly driver. The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, close enough to all the attractions while remaining removed from the noise of the main road and night market. The food and cocktails were excellent, our bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and even the toiletries were a delight. As someone who is gluten-free, I especially appreciated the staff's willingness to accommodate my dietary needs and ensure I felt comfortable dining throughout our stay. We truly hope to return one day. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Very beautiful and well managed place. Excellent, high standard service. Although this marvellous boutique hotel is situated on a main road, the rooms and beautiful gardens which surround the pool are very calm. The a-la-carte breakfast is plentiful and outstanding, both from the quality and the setting. The staff is well trained and very friendly. Don't miss to try the massage with Tibetian singing bowls. We have travelled a lot and really appreciate such a genuine paradise. We are grateful to Emanuelle, the French hotel manager, and to the entire staff for a unique holiday experience. Everything here is fantastic. The food and the environment they create is outstanding. The worker here is well trained. Definitely the best option around this area. Btw,all of the breakfast is homemade.The taste is perfect . For the three days I stayed I was always excited to start my breakfast here. You can ask the front desk to take you to the city center,it’s free. They’ll even give you a snack when you do the check out .☺️😌

Five Stars is not enough! My husband and I stayed here in December and it was wonderful. Absolutely nothing to find fault with, from the friendly pickup at airport, to the continued friendliness and kindness and utmost respect from ALL of the staff. We found all of the people we met in Laos genuinely friendly, but the staff at this hotel seemed genuinely delighted to see us every time we met one of them. We stayed 2 nights in the ‘villa’ and I cannot describe in words how special it was. We were greeted by 2 ladies from the spa and given an outdoor foot bath which was just sublime. The villa was so special, a real treat for us after spending the previous 2 weeks touring through Vietnam and Cambodia. We met the hotel manager and the hotel owner one day while walking through the hotel grounds and they were both very happy to talk to us. The manager was very friendly and offered help if there was anything we needed. Food in the restaurant both at dinner and breakfast was fantastic and a beautiful setting. The hotel provides a free pick-up and drop-off service to and from town which we used a few times and was brilliant, but we also walked into town and back ourselves and felt very safe. An absolutely wonderful place and we would love to return. Cannot fault anyone or anything. Well done to all the team and thank you for making our stay so memorable.
