The hotel is exceptional, I my opinion. It has esthetic in every detail. Stayed for 3 days, I wish I could stay more. The even have sparkling vinegar for breakfast. The beds are comfortable. And it's not noisy from outside. Many thanks for the personal who keeps the place so nice.
Fantastic place to stay. It's in the quiter and more relaxed side of the historic centre but it's what you would like to go back to at end of the day We stayed here for 2 nights and our deluxe garden room was absolutely exquisite! The dinner we had was fantastic local food prepared with care and served by really helpful.waiters especially Na and Sommai.the even provided us with mosquito repellent. 😃 also catered for my husband vegetarian requirement by adopting menu. They explained the lao food we ordered very well! This is an amazing hotels i woul go back to again and again and would stay in garden room that feels like a little quite space of heaven. ❤️ The restaurant has an extensive and very good wine selection too! KP. And Thank at reception were very helpful and made us feel welcome. We have come back after
This place blew my mind in so many ways 😍This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in South Asia. The hotel itself is very beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, and clean. Also the hotel offers a lot of complementary stuff including beer, soft drinks, welcome drinks, snacks. The breakfast is such a highlight for us. Wowwwww. The best breakfast ever! The WiFi is incredibly fast and stable! But what truly makes this hotel extra exceptional is the hotel manager and the staff. They are truly the best people I’ve ever met. Pocky always wants to ensure if we are comfortable with our stay and she is truly amazing and caring. She even wrote us a letter. Also P.K is such a helpful person. He always greets us with smile and asks if there is anything we need. I highly highly recommend this place. Hope you have a great time there as we did! 😊
We stayed 2 nights at Burasari and fell in love with this hotel. This hotel is something special. The location is fantastic, right in the center at the river. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, while keeping character and charme. The staff is friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us happy. We couldn't be more happy. Special thanks to Pocky and K.P. for taking care of us and making this trip special. Highly recommended!
This hotel was the highlight of our stay! The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the small touches that were put into the guest experience really made it worthwhile. Everything in the room was immaculate, and of very high quality. We loved our stay!
