Laura was prompt. She was very knowledgeable and flexible especially when we got tired. She brought us to many important sites that we would never have known were there. She was also very patient and understanding if we wanted to stop to shop or have a bathroom break.

We learned a lot of knowledge from Laure. She did an excellent job. She was very patient answering all the questions and explaining the history.

It’s a 3 hour tour. You have a few choices about what you want to see. Love that the tour was geared to our interests. Our guide, Lore (Lorie) spoke English very well. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

I am sure the tour was excellent, unfortunately we were not able to join due to Iberia losing our luggage. Although we found it to be in Cairo, it was too late for us to continue the trip and decided to return to NY. We are going back to Lourdes and definitely will book with you as you are the best. Laura (I hoped I spelt it right) was extremely knowledgeable, giving us lots of insights and information, and always open to answering our questions. She was also patient and flexible with us. I was with my mum, who can't walk too much or too fast and she was always mindful of that, taking it slow and ensuring we take the best possible paths.

We heard all the history, were oriented to Lourdes, saw every sanctuary there, learned much that we could return to as desired.

Our tour guide was very knowledgable. She explained, in detail, everything pertaining to St. Bernadette and Lourdes.

Our guide, Lauri, was very good. She was engaging as she told stories of Bernadette and her family during the time of her apparitions. We were there while several masses were going on so we could not go into the Grotto. I would recommend this private tour to anyone interested in the history or Bernadette and Lourdes.

Even though flooding altered some site visits, Laure took good care to give us an informative, interesting and leisurely tour. She communicated well thru app as well as sending another guide over in person to make sure we knew of her delay. We made it to the remaining sites and she added the covered market since we had time. Laurie also followed up the next day to update us regarding the previous flood closure. We enjoyed our tour and Laure and can highly Recommend her!

This was a wonderful, comprehensive tour of the Sanctuary and some parts of the village. Our tour guide Laur customized our tour to spend time in the locations that we were most interested in. She was very sweet and extremely knowledgeable, answering all our questions. She told us the complete story of Bernadette and many amazing facts about the sanctuary churches and grounds. Mind clearing and peaceful. Our guide San-say was amazing. The tour felt more like a conversation with a friend whilst giving insight and the history of the area. She was great. If you go during off season make sure you make plans to visit surrounding areas as Lourdes is very quiet.

Everything was incredible, but the tour guide, Lauren, was superb. She knows everything from the obvious religious aspects of the tour and the history of the area to the geology of the grotto, and in more than one language. The architecture and art are much more beautiful than in pictures.

Laure is an excellent, knowledgeable tour guide who is a local resident of Lourdes. At the beginning of the tour she asked if we had ever been to Lourdes before and customized the tour based on what we were most interested in seeing. She covered all aspects of the pilgrimage site-the basilica, the tradition of lighting candles, the healing baths, the grotto etc. We then followed the blue line through the town of Lourdes which led us to the home of St. Bernadette, the milk where her father worked, and the castle of Lourdes. Laure gave full explanations of the history of Lourdes, the layout of the town, the purpose of the castle and its interior rooms and displays. Look no further if you’re considering a tour when you visit Lourdes!

Laure was such an excellent, informative, and gracious tour guide. I only had a day in Lourdes and I honestly believe if I had not done this tour I wouldn't have anywhere near the understanding, appreciation, and knowledge that I walked away with. It made the town and its history so rich and alive. I am in her debt, honestly. I was even running late because of a phone mishap and she waited to start the tour until I arrived. If you are looking to book a day a day tour that will manage to encompass the Sanctuary, the town, ST. Bernadette and her life, the church's history, and even the Pyrenees and the castle, then take this tour. It was worth every penny.

Laure provides a comprehensive tour of the main Lourdes sites, plus a look at Bernadette’s family life and the historic town castle. The separate admission to the castle is well worth it for the views, and as a bonus it has nice garden full of fantastic miniature buildings. Recommend the private tour to better navigate the many larger groups at Lourdes.
