Our driver, Lamont, was exceptional. From the moment he picked us up until he dropped us off at our destination, he was warm, friendly, and professional. He made the ride enjoyable with his excellent customer service and welcoming attitude. I always use Viator for transportation whenever I travel. They are prompt, the vehicles are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is consistently friendly, and professional.

totally botched the dispatch. had to cancel, used Uber no problems there finding downtown New Orleans Four Seasons…. Viator wanted more money to change to ticket they screwed up.

I have used black car service through Viator in the past and the experience has been top-notch. However, this service was not so great. The driver gave me very vague directions on where to meet him at the airport. The phone number that was provided, did not work when I called the driver. So I spent a lot of time sending text messages back-and-forth trying to find his location. Once I located the driver, he did not assist with the bags at all. In addition, I was accustomed to a more higher class vehicle, however it was a black Toyota Camry. I would use this service again, only because I have experienced great customer service in the past. I would have probably been better serve, just taking a taxi based upon this experience.

Never use this service!!! Not only will they keep you stranded at the airport like I was they will play games and transfer you back and forth for your refund!!!
I was disappointed he did not Meet me in airport, Instead asked me to lug 3 suitcases to the 3rd floor. I refused and he said he'd pick us up at Uber lane. I could taken an uber for quarter of the price. He was nice and friendly throughout trip. When I pay for a private driver, that's what I want.

Only booked the evening before and couldn’t arrange the online confirmation. Attempted to ring the company on arrival at the airport and was placed in a queue with 15+ people before me - even naturally got to position one and was cut off. This occurred twice. After almost one hour of attempting to arrange transport we gave us and waited for a taxi at the airport. Waste of money, waste of time and haven’t been able to contact to request a refund. It’s also worth knowing that the taxi outside the airport was cheaper than we paid up front

Viator’s direct management transfer company was not able to provide a transfer due to a delayed flight and Viator has not refunded my prepayment and Viator itself has not acknowledged this and did not attempt to support their DMC by using a different supplier. Shame, I will not use Viator for this service again.
Our flight was delayed and we ended up not travelling to the next day. They were very helpful and reorganised accordingly, would use again.
The hostess was very nice and attentive throughout the tour to our hotel. She was an excellent driver and picked up from MSY airport in arriving and dropped the hotel. I recommend her for any one.

20 minutes late at the airport. Was not a limousine but a large SUV so basically a Deluxe Uber. Paid 3-4 times the cost of an Uber to go downtown. Next time will only get an Uber and not pay extra for a terrible service.

Driver did not meet us at baggage claim as promised. I was forced to call the 1-800 number to get him to pick us up, which took more than 20 minutes. We were told he would pick us up at entrance 3, but he stops his vehicle out in the middle of the parking lot and gestures for us to walk to him. When we got to the French quarter, he could not find a route to drop us at the Hotel Monteleone and we exited the vehicle 3 blocks from the hotel.
I was shopping online for a transportation company for a transfer from the New Orleans airport to my hotel. I found the company and saw the listing for a tranfer " Private Arrival Transfer from Louis Armstrong New Orleans Airport MSY". I was reading the description that states "Pick up Included". I started a chat with a custoemr service agent for over 30 minutes just to confirm this was a "round trip" rate. We went back and forth for over 30 mintes and she read it with me and said yes this "pick up included" they would also bring me back to the airport. Well to my surprise this was not the case. I called the night before to confirm pick up and they had not record of a reservation for a return to the air port. The third party company suggested I call Viator and they also said I spoke with two different ppl (chat/customer service) I also asked if they had a record of the conversation that I had with the representative a few days ago to confirm this prior to me booking. Neither repesentative was help and trying to see how the verbiage could be misleading so I just gave up and said I would handle this with my credit card company as this is false advertisment and needs to be removed from the web site for misleading the consumer.
Although the driver was on time he drove quite recklessly, I personally closed my eyes due to the worry of a possible accident. Speeds in excess of 80 mph on the highway. The driver was watching the soccer game on his phone while driving.

This is my second time I have used this service and the first time was awesome and my driver was get. What I love about this time is that our flight was delayed multiple times and they still picked us up at 3:00am. But our driver wasn’t that friendly, maybe cause he had to woke us to come get us
The worst memorable part of the trip...there was no chauffeur driver at the airport to pick us up. I had to call the company dispatcher several times to inquire about the status of our chauffeur driver. Another chauffeur driver on-site picking up someone else called for another driver to pick us up. No help from the company. The only memorable part of trip, was the chauffeur driver, who was not scheduled to pick us up. He was called upon at the late minute. June 30, 2022. You canceled my transportation from New Orleans airport to downtown New Orleans for July 1, 2022. I had to find another company for transportation. July 1, 2022. Your driver texted me at 2:09 P.M. on July 1, 2022, stating he was picking me up at the airport. My flight was scheduled to land at 2:25. I texted him at 2:25 PM, stating I just got off the plan. At 2:30 PM I texted asked him where can I find him when I get my luggage. He replied immediately, "I am in the airport parking lot, when you get your luggage text me and I will meet you outside of the gate. We continue to text each other. See attachment. He called me at 2:52 PM stating he had to go and get gas. He will be at the airport in five minutes. At 3:05, I texted him, "Are you coming". At 3:06 he texted he was here at gate 9. He picked us up at 3:09 PM. Apparently, the driver was not at the airport when he said he was. This is very bad service.
