It was a really fun experience. I would definitely do this again next time I visit new Orleans. The guide was very nice.

We’ve taken this same New Orleans spooky tour twice before and enjoyed it, but this time was disappointing. Our guide, Jay, was long-winded, and the stories turned into rambling tangents that were difficult to follow. I couldn’t understand half of what she was saying. She also brought her dog without poop bags and left dog poop on the sidewalk at multiple stops, which was inconsiderate and unprofessional. The repeated pressure to tip afterward made the experience even more frustrating. We knew from our previous visits how enjoyable this tour could be, but this experience fell well below that standard.

Good but not great. Our tour guide Elario focused too much on extolling the virtues of witches without going into any detail on their practices or beliefs. He also didn’t cover voodoo.

Really enjoyed the Voodoo and ghost tour. It was very interesting and blended the spooky stories with fascinating historical elements of New Orleans.

Great tour and learnt a lot of very interesting facts that I didn’t know. Elario was a top notch guide with lots of passion for the city.

History is a veritable minefield of potentially triggering topics, almost all of which were tap danced on during this tour. Which is why I'm glad that we got to take it with J. She is bold, upfront, and authentic. Her tour is a hot pot of history spiced up with creole comedy and class.

Tour took place in the dark which added to the atmosphere. ‘J ‘ was very charismatic, had a deep and passionate knowledge about New Orleans history and all things relating to the subject matter, she was great. Thoroughly recommend the tour

Oof. This wasn’t it. I was so excited but this was a major letdown. I left halfway through to go eat.

Jay was great. She's funny and I loved her stories!! She knows her history. She had the cutest guest tour guide named Reloaded(her dog).

El was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and respectful of the city and the traditions. He gave great information at each stop. It was fun, educational and you could feel his love for his city and his great intentions for all of us.

Jade was so much fun, wonderful personality! Loved that she had such great knowledge and deeper insight and did not just give us "the speech". Still have my good vibe crystal:) I have recommended Jade to others going to New Orleans and personally would take the same tour again.

I had my tour with J and she was an amazing guide! She had my attention from start to finish and she kept you on your toes. Always prioritizing safety, she was engaging and funny as hell! The stories behind the closed doors were awesome. If you’re an Originals, AHS Coven or Interview with a Vampire fan, you’ll see some iconic places. You should give this tour a go! This tour wasn’t for me. By that I mean the format. The guide was good, knowledgeable, and entertaining. The format was just walking from place to place standing outside with narration. I expected we would have places to enter and explore but shops and the like were closed. Also half the time I couldn’t hear the guide due to other groups in the street. I found it a little hard to keep up with the group as they were fast walkers and it was all standing with no place to sit. I was one of the few older people so maybe not for seniors. Just not my cup of tea.

The gentleman Elario (excuse spelling) was very kind and very fun on his tour. It was very informative and educational. I loved how he made the experience about past and present. He was very respectful as well about the history.

Go ahead and book it. Learn the truth about voodoo, ghosts and murders of New Orleans. We had the BEST time with Jai. She was frickin amazing and entertaining!

Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Was very friendly and had a good vibe.

The walking tour focused on the history of New Orleans and how vampires, witches and voodoo were part of its history. Because we went at night, two of the locations were closed. So we were told about what was inside. Overall a very informatieve walking tour. Take it during the day if you have trouble seeing as the sidewalks are full of holes and obstacles and require you to concentrate while walking so you don’t fall.

Absolutely brilliant the guide not sure of his name but he had lots of piercings was brilliant would highly recommend this tour 10/10

Elario has a lot of knowledge and was gracious to answer our questions. I was hoping to hear more about ghosts, but I learned a lot.

Elaurio is very knowledgeable about the places we visited on this tour. He is passionate about sharing the history, making sure we understood the more about witchcraft as a practice and how this all came together in NOLA. He made sure we had enough time to explore the different sites, had bathroom breaks and that everyone was comfortable. There was even a nice gift at the end. I appreciated how much effort he put into this tour.. Highly recommend if you are even a little bit interested in the spiritual realm.

This tour was one of the best tours I’ve ever done. Our tour guide, Jai, was hilarious, informative and engaging. Every stop on the tour was so interesting, we even got to see where a real coven meets and a little gift at the end. Wish we could do it again! 1000% recommend.

J was great her swamp witch attitude brought a lot of personality to the tour. It was a great exploration into the authentic spiritualism of New Orleans along with some great gruesome tales of the area.

If you do this tour you will not be disappointed! I went last night with my daughter and Jay was our tour guide. If there is one thing I love it’s wild and crazy fun loving people and man she’s it. She knows her stuff and doesn’t hold back. Absolutely loved her and this tour. She even hooked up my daughter with a special gift AFTER the surprise at the end of tour. Just amazing!

J was the ideal tour guide for our group. She was hilarious, knowledgeable, savvy, and entertaining. She managed to cover a range of topics, including: the founding of New Orleans, colonialism, voodoo, witchcraft, murder, ghosts, music, muppets, and more. Her passion for the city is infectious and I could easily see spending all night learning from her. She also went out of her way to highlight special areas she felt would be of interest and left us with a protective blessing at the conclusion of the tour. I would recommend J as a tour guide to anyone coming to the city! The only people who this tour would not suit are very young children and those who cannot walk long distances or handle uneven terrain. Otherwise, don’t miss the chance to spend the evening with J!
