Our driver Gary was great he kept us updated on his arrival, he was super friendly, he played great tunes, he was very professional and represented the company well. I'd highly recommend him to all my friends and family visiting the local area in need of transportation services.
We booked twice--pick up from the airport and pick up to the airport. Both drivers, Dionne and Gary were on time and very safe drivers. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Thank you.
My pickup time was for 8am and I had gotten ready earlier, the driver kindly came and got me before scheduled time.
Oh driver arrived early and was super nice and helpful! We loved our transfer to the airport! The van was big enough for all 8 of us and our luggage!
Our driver was on time and communicated well prior to pick up. The only glitch was he stated we had too many people but I did indeed book for 6 adults and we had six adults. It was not a big issue but definitely a moment of “what do you mean we have too many people?” We all moved right past it and had a wonderful experience overall, so smooth getting to the airport. Very efficient.
I booked a ride to the airport and they never showed up. Don’t book with this company. It’s a scam. I called multiple times, left messages and they never showed up. I still haven’t received my refund. Do Not Book With This Company
She was a great tour guide and very friendly and prompt. Her car was comfortable and plenty of room.
This was the worst. They showed up at 4 am to pick us up. Didn't call to let us know they were there. Wouldn't return when we called. We ended up having to get an taking an Uber.

Made the reservation with full payment, had a confirmation email and receipt but vehicle did not show at departure time. Waited 10 minutes to call to find out where the vehicle was and was informed they did not have a driver scheduled for my group and they were leaving us stranded. Said they were sorry. Take UBER next time, it's $20 cheaper.

We had a really great experience with Burton Transportation. Both drivers were really nice friendly guys. We happen to get a father and son team. Nelson (son) picked us up from airport and Nelson(father) dropped us off. Very nice and classy Van, Clean vehicle, cold air, we even got to Bluetooth our own music! One person in our party left her cell phone and they arranged for another driver to bring it back to us. We were very thankful! They made a change to our reservation on our return flight home , but I did appreciate a call one day in advance to make sure it was ok for them to arrive 30 minutes earlier. We would definitely use them again !
