Itinerary
Board a mini-coach outside your New Orleans hotel and start your 2.5-hour tour with a drive to the French Quarter, where you’ll find some of the city’s most classic architecture and interesting history. Drive past Creole townhouses and shotgun homes, a highly popular style of Southern homes in the early 1860s. Peek into courtyards and pass by small shops selling herbs, candles, oils and amulets used in ancient voodoo traditions and rituals.
A highlight of the French Quarter is Jackson Square, a stately park and US National Historic Landmark.
Pass through the neighborhood of Tremé and the lovely Garden District, home to one of the country's best-preserved collections of Southern mansions. Here you’ll see the longest bridge in the world, the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway.
Next, take a walking tour one of the city’s most haunted cemeteries, St Louis Cemetery No. 3, featuring above-ground tombs from the 18th and 19th centuries. Learn about the theories behind this unusual burial custom as you stroll the grounds, and hear stories about famous figures from New Orleans' past. At the end of your 2.5-hour tour, you'll be driven back to your hotel.

My friends and I had a great tour of the French Quarter and other parts. Plus we got to visit one of the cemeteries. Our guide was awesome.
This was a comfortable, informative trip through parts of NOLA you normally wouldn't travel. Our guide told us lots of history & things we would of never heard elsewhere. The cemetery was neat although I hoping it was Mary Laveau's. The guide dropped everyone off as close as she could to their destination whixh was really convenient! I would recommend for anyone who loves to travel, sightsee, or history people.
We had a great tour with Karen as our driver and guide. She was full of great information about the areas we drove through and stopped where possible for us to get photos. The coffee stop at City Park was also great (the Cafe Du Monde there is better than the French Quarter one). The two hours flew by and I would recommend Karen to anyone.
Have just finished a tour with Butch. Very knowledgeable guide and we visited so many more areas of New Orleans than just the French Quarter. Recommended.
Amazingly knowledgeable guide who was very accommodating with a good sense of humor.
What a great way to see and learn about New Orleans, especially for us first time visitors! Pick-up was convenient, the route was well planned and executed, and our guide, Karen, was both funny and a wealth of knowledge. My attention was kept the entire two-hour tour. This was a terrific experience - highly recommend!
