Our tour covered several different cemeteries. These were lesser well known and not as interesting as others I had visited. I also felt the group was too large.

We really wanted the St Louis Cemetery tour, but it was booked, so we decided to try this. Christian was a delightful tour guide, and we learned so much history and culture. The total walking was right around a mile on my smart watch. Easy pace.

Very informative walking tour about the burial practices and history of cemetaries in New Orleans. Our guide was knowledgeable and mixed in anecdotal stories and some humor to keep the subject matter interesting and light. This tour is less about visiting the large ornate tombs (although we did see beautiful ones) and more about educating visitors about the history and practices. We learned a lot from this tour...it was great! Be advised, no matter what tour or cemetery you visit, these are out in the open with little shade Wear sunscreen, bring water, and wear comfortable shoes...its worth the visit!

Drew was the best tour guide I've ever had. His voice was loud and clear and he had a warm confidence that put us all at ease. For two hours he kept us enthralled by his deep knowledge of New Orleans and its cemetary practices, his skill at storytelling and theatrical flair. The tour ended at the Katrina Memorial a moving place made even more moving for Drew's impassioned empathy for the suffering caused by that event and the precariousness of the future.

Even though we did this tour in the driving rain our guide managed to make it a worthwhile experience.

I loved everything about this our tour! Our guide, Thorn was an excellent resource. We really didn’t know what to expect and he exceeded any expectations we thought we had. The history is amazing. I would 10/10 recommend and I would do this tour again. Can’t say enough good things about it.

This was the most informative and captivating tour I’ve ever been on! Our guide, Thorne, was so knowledgeable and articulate. I found this very interesting and I really liked it. If you’re on the fence I totally recommend you take this tour. It is 45-1 hr. They run 100% on time. Easy walk from bourbon French quarter area. Bring an umbrella and water.

Great tour by V. She not only told us about history, she made the tour engaging as well. Bring a water bottle. And maybe an umbrella to Shade you from sun exposure.

This was a good tour. You get to see several different types of cemeteries in it. Versus just one. I learned a lot about the different types of burials in the city. And a little history. If I had friends going to NOLA I would recommend the tour because it was very authentic and not hyped up with outrageous stories that likely weren't true. My guide was V and she was very good. It was a very hot day and she checked on everyone as we went along to make sure no one was having issues with the heat. She also was great about answering all our questions, helping us figure out the best way to get home, and giving suggestions about other NOLA activities. The street car stop is RIGHT in front of the meeting point, which was a convenient way to get back to the French Quarter. Note, I think children under 15 would be bored silly on this tour. Although maybe they engage differently if there are kids on the tour (we had none)

Great tour! As someone from the Northeast, seeing New Orleans' above-ground cemeteries for the first time was fascinating, and doing the tour at night made it even more atmospheric. Drew was energetic, knowledgeable, and answered questions thoughtfully. I really enjoyed that the tour wasn't just a list of historical facts–it also included the local legends, rumors, and stories that make New Orleans so unique. The pacing was excellent, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys history with a spooky twist. If you can, ask for Drew!

The Cemetary Tour was really interesting, great value for money and super informative. The tour guide was super knowledgeable and great fun. He really brought the tour to life (excuse the pun!). Highly recommended.

This was a great and extremely informative tour. Wear comfortable shoes and be ready to walk. Drew has a wealth of knowledge about the cemeteries, traditions, New Orleans and things that you may have been told that are not accurate. He delivers the information with passion, conviction and some humor. He stays fully engaged with the group. He shows how he feels about the cemeteries by picking up some random trash that someone disrespectfuly left. That days it all. The tour winds up at the Katrina Memorial which is powerful.

Thorn was a great storyteller and the tour had way more than I expected. Great experience! I chose it to be able to enter a cemetery but we explored many and learned about traditions and how people had to adjust.
