The driver never showed up. Didn't answer calls, texts, or chats through the booking. Our reservation was early in the morning, so maybe things would have been different had we booked for later in the day.

Just disappointed that Viator did not provide all of our information over to the Burton Company when Viator charged my card. Luckily I had to contact the Burton Company the day before and give them the details from the hotel to the cruise line.

There should be a way to choose between a Sprinter with an isle down the middle and the full size van either seats all the way across

I booked this Chauffeur Pick up months before my trip. On the way to our destination one of our flights were slightly delayed. I called the office to let them know and pushed back the collection time by an hour. Once we landed and I switched on my phone I received a message to tell me the Chauffeur had bee cancelled. This was most inconvenient as it was late in the evening and we were a group of 8 who then had to join a very long line for a taxi after traveling for almost 24 hours. The only positive was that they did refund me right away I believe they just couldn't be bothered.

We arrived at the New Orleans airport and our driver called us immediately. He met us in baggage claim and patiently waited while we waited for our luggage. He helped load all of our luggage into the van and took us to our hotel. The entire experience was awesome! There were 12 of us with lots of luggage!

Booked and paid for a ten passenger Van. They sent an SUV. Had to ride with luggage in our and walker in our laps.

I ordered a shuttle for 11 people….from airport to hotel in New Orleans……..the van only had 10 seats. One woman had to sit on her husband’s lap the whole 30 minutes.. very crowded… one man getting off van (stool was so narrow) fell and bruised his knees and arm… I am not happy (I am traveling with my clients so I witnessed it myself)…

We had a party of 8 and I wanted a reliable service that could seat everyone and their bags. Our plane came in around 3. Our driver called and said he was outside door 3, waiting in the parking lot. We picked up our luggage from baggage claim, and went to the parking lot. He stored our luggage in the back of the van. There was a lot of traffic going to our hotel downtown. Lucky we just got to sit and look at the city. Definitely worth every penny.

The driver could not have cared less. No sign, didn’t help us bring the luggage to the car or stack it in the trunk. He did help us take it out at the end. I guess I’m spoiled by other drivers who are talkative and helpful and hold a sign for us so we know who our driver is. My friends and I were on 3 different flights all arriving by 5:00pm. I put the latest arriving flight info & time but the driver called me early asking where we were and I told him we were still waiting for the last 2 of the group. He said he didn’t know there were 2 flights and said we had to book another car for the other 2. Not sure how that made sense? They came 15 min after us. After talking with his boss he said it was ok since it was his last trip of the day. Anyway we still tipped the driver. Just wasn’t the best experience and will book another company next time.

No one pick us up!! Called the the number and gave the reservation number and they couldn’t find it. Finally sent a driver was supposed to be a sprinter showed up in a suburban that wasn’t big the girls had sit with luggage in there laps.

The trip from the airport was great our trip back was a mess lost our reservation the buss broke down and not worth the money for the return trip.
